Call came in about a check supposedly written by a family member -- who does not live at this address -- and said that a court mandate has come in to litigate the check.

My husband received these calls stating bank fraud and to keep them from contacting my employer to call them. I called during my lunch break and I was sent to a voicemail, needless to say, I didn't leave a message. I called a few minutes later and a VERY RUDE person by the name of James Jones (so he claims) answered and while I attempted to ask questions he continually interrupted me, never let me finish one question and then stated "I see you are frustrated so call the number back that called you!" and then hung up on me. I called back but got no answer. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

The real address for this company is not in dallas tx it is 1401 peachtree st ne. Ste 238 atlanta ga not sure of the zip code..they are a complete scam dont pay any money they will take it but they dont resolve the debt with it

Got message on my cellphone that there was pending bank and check charges and that I needed to call back by the end of the day today. If I don't call, they could possibly contact my employer to serve papers. Nothing but a scam. Have not received any so called proof in the mail as required nor do I work since I am on disbaility. I will be ignoring their calls and not calling back. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and state attorney's office.

Called and left message claiming bank and fraud charges and that I needed to call back by the end of the day or my employer may be contacted for serving papers. Totally bogus and a scam. Did some research and saw that the BBB is investigating them after a large amount of complaints about their calls. The BBB is trying to locate them since they are using an address which may be bogus.  Global Acquisitions, 8411 Preston Rd. Ste. 238, Dallas, Texas, 75225-5523 using (214) 504-2986 as their contact number. Be aware and do not confirm any info or pay anything.

My mother and I both received a call this morning reguarding my father which is deceased. Bill collector/ Bank Fraud ?  

Got a vm for my sister in law today. What on earth?

This company has several numbers:  404-764-7313, 404-719-8845,404-655-2472,770-572-6239,202-803-5785, 888-357-8194 and 716-261-5131.  This company got me for 500.00.  I pray this does not happen to anyone else.  email address:  worldwiderequistions@gmail.com Finally contacted an attorney and discovered this was paid and that this company was a fraud.  Filed a complaint with the BBB.  Can't believe I was so deceived!  Was just trying to clear up any outstanding debt.  I pray no one else falls victim to this scam!

Very rude lady. A sales call. Called to tell me about the new charge card implementations happening in October. I began to tell her I knew about it and had it taken care of on my end. She hung up before I was able to even finish my sentence.
