Debt collector Called today at 9:45am. Left a message. Can hardly understand the message because they were speaking so fast. I have no debt, so not sure why I'm getting these calls.

same here, got a call this morning about a kirk, "Is this Kirk?" "I have a business call for Kirk", before replying, they hung up...

I didn't answer, so they left a message saying they were a collection agency, and I should call back a different number. Since I don't owe on any debts, I ignored the message.  This is the second one we've gotten in about a month.  It's a scam, I'm sure.

Keeps calling me for a relative.  Probably the NDR scams new guise.  They don't identify themselves yet ask for very personal information.  Very vague and evasive when you ask legit questions.  Imagine a debt collector who wont tell you pertinents, threatens you with debtors prison, saying they will meet you at work to arrest you, and serves notices to appear in court in random voicemail. Or claim they put a warrant on you.  Red flag for scam.  Don't give them anything.

They are very rude but i'm even ruder. They don't realize there calling the same person over and over and not getting any results and sometimes they even calling with a blocked number I just cuss at them and they like that. When you ask them to verify your own info they don't even want to do that. [***] Them

They call twice already from this number looking for Sharon Bisc and saying that they are calling about a claim from Srate Farm litigation department, there is nobody here with that name, when I texted back to say that is wrong number, the number doesnt exist.

I have no debts that are outstanding so didn't answer when I didn't recognize the phone number. They left a message that they are a debt collection agency named NCB Mgmt Serv and need to speak to me. Gave me a number 1-800-828-1110 ex:1376 and name of Barbara Davis to return call. That's not happening!!!!

Call forwarding 720-643-1913 from 970-363-4840 from 970-667-7955.  Jerk.

1.28.19 @ 4:54 PM-- "NCB MGT SRV" (215-244-4200)-- Unidentified male left a message on our answering machine, but we couldn't understand 99% of it, even after listening to it 3 times!  Figured it was probably a SCAMMER, using a spoofed name and number; and from reading some of the comments here, we are most likely correct!
