Scam caller.

Wanting me to pay a debt unknown by me threatening arbitration and wage garnishment.  I asked for a name they said allied something.  The could not give me info on the debt at all like credit card name to which I said I won’t pay someone money for a debt I don’t recognize with no proof if it over the phone!!  You must think I’m stupid to even try

I got a call last month with the same “threatening “ message. That number is now disconnected. The people on the other end of the phone TRY to use scare tactics to frighten you into sending money. When I laughed, they began insulting me, which made me laugh more. They said my credit score was 300 (....it’s not. Not anywhere near that). They say they’ll take you to court, ask if you want them to send paperwork to your employer(!!!) I said, yes, do that. They also get angry if you tell them you’re recording the conversation. I told them to send the paperwork, or stop calling me. The woman asked me why I was calling back if I didn’t want them to call me. (Made no sense at all). I’m enjoying calling them now. I’m sure they’ll change the number in another month and start all over again. That’s fine, as I told her, I won’t answer and I’ll block the number until I see written proof of the “debt”

Same as above stating they are investigating me for pending legal matters. They call my cell phone, my home phone, my husbands phone, my mothers phone and my sisters. Reported them to the FTC as well as my local State for assistance

Just received a message that my deceased mother (deceased for over a Year now) is being investigated for “several pending matters.”  The message said she’ll lose her rights if she didn’t respond. Well, she’s in Heaven now so they’ll have to go quite a ways to do the investigation 😇

I’m 40 years old and they are calling my father and work and harassing my mother every single day! I have no debt. They say I owe $926 for an HSBC Mastercard. I NEVER had one!!!!  I told them to file the paperwork and just sue me already and quit calling me.

Called threatening legal action on a debt they didn’t confirm. Told me they would contact my employer and file a complaint in my county...but never said what kind of complaint or what for. Also said I’d lose my rights if I didn’t call back.

Same crap. Called and left message about nothing specific. Just that it’s the final draw for “something” and if no response, gonna get the whammy. Lol

They called me today. They were calling me from a Texas phone number. Same guy same recording. I reported them to the consumer financial protection bureau the attorney general and the fair debt collection agency. Told me it’s a scam and if they won’t give all their info or mail you the debt they are in violation. Told me to try and get their name but they won’t give it.

Received the same message except the called by daughter and left the message on her phone since she didn't answer. I told her it was probably a scam.

It IS a scam. NEVER pay someone who calls claiming you owe money. Instead, demand they follow the law by MAILING you proof of the debt AND that they're legally entitled to collect said debt. Phone calls, faxes, texts, and emails are NOT legal methods of debt validation.

Called our house phone the other day and then called both of our grown boys' numbers.  One of them purposely called back.  He was asked if he was XXX (husband's name) and he told them no then lied saying he didn't know him.  They have called twice today with the SAME message about how they got the paperwork "today" in the office.  The voice is the exact same voice I have heard in a recording on another site, as well as both times they have called with the name and "case number" a robot.

I laugh when I hear them say to consider this as "notice"... that is in no way a legal notification.

Didn't even listen to the whole message.  Several warrants for my arrest.  LOL!

Called with several matters pending legal rights.  Charges filed in your local county.

I have gotten same calls stating same stuff as you guys for the last couple of days.  They leave threatening message of pending legal matters.  They ask for me with a last name I haven't had in 12 years. Reporting them to my state offices.

This number has been leaving messages on my cell and with my mother saying I am under investigation. Shady spam. I have nothing I would be Investigated for!!

They have called my work twice and leave threatening messages about legal matters like shown above.  I know it's a scam but I don't want them calling my work number!  Does anyone know the name of this company?
