My husband and my mother both got calls from these scammers today saying that I owe $2000 on a Capital One card from 2013. I never even had a Capital One card Back then. They had my social security number and my Birthdate. Everything they said to both of them matches all of these claims, threatening legal action and that I’m being investigated for many cases. Non of it is true!
I wish these low life’s would get a real job and stop trying to rip people off. I feel sorry for anyone who falls victim to these scoundrels!

Same as above.... Pending legal matters,  legal action going to be taken, calling family members,  refuses to give me the company name.

calls me then call daughter,asking her for my number,if they call me they already have number,tells her and I that I am under investigation,lol lol what  some people will do for money,not here ###

Called my wife and said theres a case against her with a case number. I immediately typed it on google search, brought me here. I'm used this by now.

Same call/same script as those above. I knew it was spam when they said that the call would “serve as official notice”. I just fear for those who are the most vulnerable falling prey to the scheme.  Shame on these people!

I got the same call . I dont owe anyone . I havent even had a credit card since 2007. I wish they would stop now there harassing my daughter.  How can I make them stop?

Under Bankruptcy Discharge If I could find out who these guys are I'd grab 1,000 dollars from them for violating the automatic stay and discharge order. If someone shares who they are I will split the money with you

They have called me, my son, my work. They are very rude. Could not give me any information at all. When I asked they acted like they were a third party person but couldn’t tell me who or what this debt was. When I asked for proof they couldn’t give it to me. They said everything I am reading from above comments. It is unfair they can call and threaten people. They had my maiden name from 15 years ago. My address from longer than that. They asked me if I wanted to be served at my place of employment or at home. Since when do you get an option. They tried to be in control with a threatening tone. It’s sad they have to be hateful rude and try to scam money out of people.

Well if they did commit suicide they still couldn't reach her. They would be in hell. A lot farther away than they are right now

Same as above. They have called my husbands employer, brothers, me about this. The nerve of them. They won’t give more information than just a legal matter and to pay now. Ludacris

Called saying I owe a Payday loan from over 5 years ago I never did these calls need to stop harrassing hardworking people

I continue to receive the same threating calls as everyone else from this number. My credit is fine and I never heard of the debt they are talking about. How can these people continue to threaten everyone and get a way with it? How can these people be brought to justice?

They called and left a message for my deceased ex father in law. Several pending legal matters. He's been deceased for almost 10 years
