- Tygerkat replies to Tom HybergerYou pulled up the thread then chose one at random to reply to? Why didn't you just post separately from any of the posts? Or, you'd already posted 2 years ago; you could have added to those.
- Tygerkat replies to Tom HybergerYeah, okay, but why do you persist in not answering the simple request for the legal name and business address of this company?
- TheHolyHandGrenade replies to Tom Hyberger| 4 repliesYou show your inexperience and lack of knowledge. Said Zombie Debt collection is attempting to collect a DEAD DEBT.
Your claim "it's still money owed" is absolute rubbish. By the time those like yourself attempt to collect a DEAD DEBT the original loaning firm has been somewhat compensated by their insurance policies. That original loaning firm makes further money by selling said DEAD DEBT and all of that consumer's sensitive information to a collection firm for a price. That Zombie Debt (DEAD DEBT) collection company then attempts to retrieve the written off DEAD DEBT by way of threats, lies and other unlawful means. When that company fails to collect said written off (DEAD DEBT) some of those boiler room collectors collect insurance money from the failure and then sell off their purchased database to the next round of slime.
So next time you come on here attempting to act as if you're an authority and claim it's still "a debt", hit us with facts, not more scam type jibberish read from the cue card you have in front of you. - Tom Hyberger replies to TheHolyHandGrenade| 3 repliesA debt over 7 years old may still be collected upon. So calling it dead is not, in fact, true. But that's likely me showing my inexperience.
- Tom Hyberger replies to What part of...| 3 repliesYou can call me at this number and I'll remove the phone number so that you're not contacted again. I don't that it was or was not paid under workman's compensation. I know that you are telling me that AND saying you filed bankruptcy so the response is a basic catch all for not being called about what is showing up as an open bill. I'll be happy to handle it personally for you.
- Mutton replies to Tom HybergerIndeed, you are correct. If you can scam some poor unsuspecting person into admitting a debt they no longer owe, the clock is "reset." So your "success" depends upon the lack of knowledge and gullibility of your potential victims. Please don't bother to deride these people with your sanctimonious dribble. Most of these debts were written off by the original debtor for which they received a handsome tax deduction from yours truly and those of us who manage to make a living in this "outsourced" economy. So take it somewhere else, sonny! The regular users aren't going to trade wits with you. It would be like shooting an unarmed man! Cheers!
- Tom Hyberger replies to BigA| 1 replyHe sure did.
- Gunnar replies to Tom HybergerNobody will be calling you Tom. You're a Scammer. You work for a bunch of scurrilous parasites who are knowingly attempting to collect time barred debt & are using blatantly illegal tactics to do so. Your crew will NOT mail out any of those pesky notices of validation because you KNOW that you have NO valid claims to ANY valid debt.
All you are is a JDBs flunky hoping to find a sucker. We're here to protect those suckers & stop predatory losers like you Tom.
Skeff Ett Liv!
Gunnar - Tom Hyberger replies to WolfmanJack| 5 repliesI'm going to help this poor gentleman out. All licensing, state required, is done through NMLS in the state of Indian so all licensing searches may be conducted here at their website. http://mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org/Pages/default.aspx
You're welcome Wolfie - Mutton replies to Tom HybergerBut it's your job to know! The problem, debt boy, is that you don't get the paper work when you buy (for pennies on the dollar) these written-off debts. You call everyone with the same last name or similar number or address in the hopes of finding some naive victim. You are a sad little excuse for a human. I don't have to do your "job" for you. If you can't correctly identify your victim, it's not my problem. I don't have to answer you, help you, or even acknowledge you. Determine if the debt is actually owed, find out the true identity and address of your potential victim the write a letter and include verifiable PROOF of the debt. Then and only then, do you deserve to be treated as a legitimate business. If you'd like to understand your "business" and yourself a little better read here:
http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2014/08/15 ... ector.html?_r=1 - Heinz57 replies to Tom Hyberger"....is done through NMLS in the state of Indian so all licensing..." Where is that state located? Also Wolfman's post is almost 2 years old you silly boy. It's the "Cone" for you...Show image ▶
- BigA replies to Tom Hyberger| 1 replyI saw this on the homepage and was wondering where the "state of Indian" is? By the way NMLS is the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, which licenses companies that issue mortgages to people. It has nothing to do with debt collection nor does it have anything to do with Indiana's law that now requires debt collectors to be licensed.
- Mutton replies to NobodyNoHowI love that you put "above the law" in writing. This page is going to be saved and used to your detriment, my little scammer. Good job!
- Mutton replies to BigAI know, isn't this little pig a gem?! Got to be in Mom's basement somewhere. Too stupid to be out working!
- I 😡 Trolls replies to Tom HybergerWhen is the last time you cleaned your room or taken out the trash?
- TheHolyHandGrenade replies to Tom HybergerWho said anything about "7 years old". States statutes differ, but glad you narrowed down your selling or "taking" area.
A dead debt, zombie debt is just that. The only thing that has them still walking the proverbial earth (hence, "zombie") is due to slime that have sold a consumer's information to another slime for profit. THAT new slime will attempt to make more money by swindling said "walking dead" debt. The "collected money" really isn't collecting a debt at all at this point. It's simply profit pocketed off of swindling. You zombie collectors have been known to collect, mark the debt as partially collected or not collected, then add it to the book/database to make more profit when you sell said book/database because it fills the pages.
I really don't know who you are trying to put your lies past, but your ship is sunk, Slymberger. Nice try, but no dice. Time to pack in your scam and move along. - Tygerkat replies to Tom HybergerTook you a while to come back and try to defend your company again. Of course, you failed miserably. Again.. And you also STILL failed to give the requested information of legal business name and address for this company. Why is that?
- Tygerkat replies to Tom HybergerFirst, the debt WAS PAID! Second, the poster filed bankruptcy. Two separate things.
By the way, you keep avoiding the simple request for your company's legal business name and mailing address. Do you not know where you work? You want us to call you there so I would think you DO know but maybe not? - Tygerkat replies to Tom HybergerLooking forward to being sued, are you? Wow, you're weird.
- Tygerkat replies to Tom HybergerWhy would we look up info for a scummy debt collector on a website for mortgage companies?
