Tom Hyberger claims to be the Director at Regional Recovery Services and Credit Bureau USA, Inc. They harass people from a restaurant at 5252 S Hohman Ave, Hammond, IN. Robert Schumann is the owner and he knows all the unethical tactics Tom uses to extort money from people. They will try to extort money from a fake debt. Tom's mind is very petty, tiny using ignorance with tunnel vision; they enjoy playing games.  Report to FTC; the more complaints received they may lose their license to collect. You can also file a Federal lawsuit as they break all the FDCPA rules.

I wonder if any of these guys who knew it all ever followed up on NMLS and figured out that I was right.

One call me name Rico. Saying I owe 22.00 dollars for my hospital bill that I pay 3 months ago with my insurance. I have blue cross blue shield/ anthem premium account. They pay off everything. I haven't got a mail bill yet from them after those three months. This guy calls me saying I owe 22.00 dollars for no reason. I told them my insurance pay it all off. But he said that they don't pay all of it. I'm like ummm I'm pretty sure they do. I block him.

Every one or two days I receive one or more calls from this number. It is always the same guy who is talking as fast as lightening trying to collect on a medical debt. I have checked with all doctors and hospitals who say I owe nothing. They do say that they have had other complaints from this number that the guy is targeting senior citizens who owe no debt, but may pay because they are intimidated or believe that they forgot about a bill. This is a fraudulent operation that is trying to cheat seniors.
