NCO for Sears or Amex, pay your bills they wont call you. They had the nerve to call me at 8:01 on a Monday morning, I blew up on them over the phone, all for two missing payments

Got a call at 5:02 this morning. They were asing for a Steve. Said I didn't know any Steve so they hung up.

Called house and called cell, no message left.

As many have already stated this is NCO Financial. They are ruthless when it comes to collecting past debt and will stop at nothing to get their money. They are based out of India, but use US phone numbers when they call. I spoke with one lady and could barely understand a thing she was saying. It's bad enough they speak broken English, but it's ridiculous that they speak so damn fast. It just makes it 10 times worse.

When I asked to speak to someone else because I couldn't understand her, she got an attitude and transfered me to someone who was actually worse. I then simply asked to speak with a representative in the States for multiple reasons and they refused to give me that info and stated "I was just trying to make up an excuse to get out of my debt".

Like I said, I have multiple reasons for wanting to speak with someone stateside.  First off I would be able to understand them and second I don't trust giving my banking information to call centers in India. They do not follow the same data protection laws there as we do here in the US. The BBC actually just broke a story about some guy in Delhi, India who was selling peoples credit information for $10 a pop that he got from various call centers around India. He claimed he had well over 500 cards and stated he can get 500 more in a matter of a few days if the undercover reporter was interested.  That's what you get when you outsource your work.

Got a call from this number at 9:00 am today.  This is a scam--no one calls on a Sunday morning to collect money that I don't owe.

I get calls all the time at all hours of the day.  They just kept calling me, would hang up and call again.  They did this 6 times in the last 5 minutes. I got one message that was so hard to understand.  It sounded like NCO. I don't have an American Express Card.  We have stopped using all credit cards.

I keep getting calls from 1-267-519-4400 and I have settled all of my debts that I am aware of...however, if this is something that I missed (from my ugly divorce) I would be willing to pay it however, these people won't leave messages...the one call they forgot to hang up and they didn't realize that my voicemail was recording because they forgot to hang up...all I could hear was people speaking in another language...there was a lot of commotion in the background and then I heard some guy laughing.  Then I am worried that even if they are a company that was hired via outsourcing...I should not be forced to settle my american debt with a company that does banking and business outside of the country I live in.  I do not want to deal with another country's legal or lack of legal regulations to protect my money and my banking information...somehow that seems illegal.

This ass is calling for my roommate who gas been hospitalized for 1 year. I've called american express to explain & promised she would be in touch once she was discharged (now that she's out of the woods, thank God) but of course they don't want to talk to me. This non english speaking m effer calls & argues with me so I curse him out & he tells me I'm being recorded...I DON'T CARE. Record me Mother Effer!!!  Not only can't he speak english he sounds like he's straining a poop on the toilet.

Every day, they call me I do not what I have to do.

NCO Financial. Called 2 times in 3 minutes. Left one message that was a foriegn accent and all I could make out was NCO.  They call all day and night,

Solicitor. A pest.

Did not leave a message.  Called on a Sunday night.

This is definitely NCO financial.  They collect for various credit card companies but are actually owned by Capital One.

Someone from this number calls, no message, hangs up, calls again. Then calls again, goes to voice mail - surprise - no message. then calls again. this goes on all day long. I work - I am not at home during the day. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. If they would leave a message, I would call back.

Got a call from this number.  A woman with an Indian accent spoke so thick it took four times for me to understand what she was saying.  She was asking for a person we have never heard of before.  Immediately told the woman that we've never heard of that person, and we've had this number for six years, and to not call back again.

Trying to spam me by saying we owe money but I don't have any debt.   Definitely this is illegal.

I got a call from them. Did I answer? No Will I ever Ansewer? No! They are most likely calling me about an Amex Debt.

I make my living running up debts to big companies (Amex, Capital One, Wells Fargo, ect) Where the CEO goes home to his 25,000,000 dollar mansion with 6,000 dollar shower curtins every night. I just file bankruptcy, change my Idenitity, build up credit, and roll again. I live a very nice life with expensive cars, boats, trucks, and a very expensive Island Home on Grand Turk Island. I'm just evening the score for them taking advantage of honest hard working people with bogus claims, and huge interest rates even when you pay ontime.
