Got a call 267-519-4400 I let the answer pic up no mess left call back got the same mess can't be compl as dial must be bill collector LOL dear bankers you are not going to get a red cent from me!!!! you allready stole trillions from us with the help of corrupt Gov!!! I received a call from the same number 267-519-4400.  They asked for my name and then they asked for someone else.  I told them I do not know who that person is.  They apologized and hung up.  Then they called back in 2 minutes and asked for that same person again.  I told them that they had the wrong number and I asked them where were they calling from, they said "NCO Financial".  That is a lie.  They are scam artists from Pakistan or somewhere trying to collect money from people.  It's a fraud and I wish there was someway to track these people down.  I got so loud with them.  I told them I was going to report them for harrassing calls.  I called the number back and the call did not go through.  The number is fake and the people are fake.  That is not the phone number to NCO Financial.  Be careful, be aware of these types of frauds and know your rights.

I have received at least 2 calls a day for the last month!   Never leaves a message and if I redial this number (well we all know the response) - how can I get them to stop calling?

This is a bill collection agency. They sometimes leave messages, sometimes not.

this agency is collecting debt that is over 10 year's ago, and when you talk to them, they don't want to listen, they just want to collect, collector was 100% indian or pakistani. they are full of greed and they don't care, because i know about them.

Just got a call from them asking for "Jean".  They called at 11:00 p.m.  I asked them what they are calling my house for at that time.  They insisted it was 8:00 p.m.  I repeated over and over again it was 11:00 p.m.  They had the audacity to say I was lying!  I had to tell them the time difference between California and the east coast.  They gave me the last four digits of a social security number and I insisted they did not belong to me or to my husband and to NEVER CALL MY HOME AGAIN or I will turn them into the PUC.  They said they were calling regarding a debt from HSBC.  I told them that we have absolutely no credit card debt but they would not listen.

I continue to get calls today from this number, 1-267-519-4400. They have left 8 messages with ONLY classical music. The make their calls back to back and have made as many as 3 within a few minutes. Total calls from them today is now ranging over 25. Are they attempting to burn up my cell phone? I called the number from a different phone and there is an error recording played telling me this not a working number??

got the same call at 10 pm tonight..back to back calls..i also tried to call back and could not get through...this must be a scam..

Got phone call phone these punks this morning at 9:45AM. Didn't answer it and then 2 seconds later my cell phone rings with the same number. These pukes in India need to get a life or a nuke from the US. NCO is a pathetic little branch of Morgan Chase, the same punks that got billions of our dollars from the bailout.

got a call today 5/25...did not pick up call..no msg left...been getting calls from 800-350-2457 as well.

This number called today - Memorial Day - one of our guests answered - didn't understand the person on the other line.  Caller ID says they called at 9:12 p.m.

got a call yesterday & this morning of this # & that want the last 4 digits of my husbands social  #. When I told him NO......he asked for his cell phone # than he wanted me to put him on a 3 way call....was he kidding.........told him I threw my husband out of the house & don't know where he is or a # for him....................
