Didn't recognize the number so didn't pick up.  Now I see it's a scam anyway.

I'm now going to report this number to the Do Not Call folks, as both my home and cel number are on that list.  I suggest others do the same.  The more of us that complain, maybe something will get done to clamp down on these bozos.

I screened this call as the area code was unknown to me.  Now that I have read comments on this site, I am glad I did.

Yep, same old "special gift" automated message, claiming to be from Air Canada (just like others before claiming to be from Rogers or Canadian Tire).

Any idea what the purpose of these is? Is it a smear campaign against the company in question?

Got a missed call. Didn't know what it was but thank God there's some info on here about it apparently being a scam.

Same as everyone else. No message. Just annoying at supper time

called looking for brenda, I asked where he was calling from and he said Toronto, I said wrong number then he hung up quickly, then got another call from9499420334, then another call from the first number which said I won something as I hung up.

Recieved call on answering machine: no message

Called my cell but never left message. Dont know how they got my cell as only people I know really good have it.

didn't bother picking up since i didnt recognize the number
but they left a message

I hung up as soon as they said to press 1.

They called and didn't leave a message on my voicemail only to have them call my landline and have them not leave a message once more.  

It's creepy that they tried calling me twice >_>
