Got the same one.  Told Eva to pay me in cash from all of her singles that she got while working at the strip club.

I got one from Maria too. It was in response to a craigslist add.  She also told me she would call me from a tty.   Then she said she would mail a check & to send her my name and address.  After reading this, I just responded with "Cash only sale".   Thanks so much for the heads up!

This is so clearly a money-laundering scam.  It is boggling how transparent they are though - there are alot of warning signs in their letter.

When I posted for a $400 bed frame that was easy to transport I made it clear that it was only available on Sunday's for veiwing.  So when I got their letter, my immediate thought is why would I give my personal info out so someone knows where I live - I might get robbed.  Then I think why should I have to handle payment or have any dialogue with thier shippers,  I don't have to process someone's money through bank just to sell a bed.   And then I found this thread.

Look at all the people who got extra money here - they either say "Whoppee", or let's think for a few seconds here - that money goes back to a "legitimate" moving company for a combination shipment of goods no one else ever sees or ever knows about.  What if the person selling the bed keeps a little bit of the extra money,  is the shipper going to break thier arm?    Who know's maybe I watch too much cop TV, but they get their stories from somewhere.

    Hello,

Thanks for the response... I'm okay with the condition and price of the item and ready for its purchase. My form of payment will be by sending you Check via UPS next day air delivery.

I'll be responsible for the pick-up and the movers fee will be included in your payment to avoid delay and to enable pick up company to schedule an appropriate time for the pick-up at your location after check has been cashed as I have other properties to be moved alongside the item.

And secondly , Kindly delete the posting as am definitely buying it from you and it would be sad for me to have the payment in the mail only to be informed of the its sale.I will also wait for you to cash the check before i have my mover come for pick up.

Would have love to come over for viewing but I'm afraid that might not be possible due to my work frame. If you have more pics please send so I can have a good look. Do get back to me with your full name and address (not p.o box) including your cell and land number so I can make out payment. Also am deaf and will like to be contacted via email

    Regards
    Thanks

I got the same email from Eva Knight.  I was selling office furniture on-line and I originally sent my email to "bcijs@operamail.com" and you replied back from "evaknightx@wikizplc.com".

That's exactly what I have done - copy and forward the email scams and send them to the FBI. Their website has a on-line complaint for to fill out. It only takes about 5 minutes.

also received the same email from Eva Knight re: my craigslist posting, but told her I would only deal locally and heard nothing again. Had a feeling it might be a scam and when I googled her email address found this site. Thanks to all of you for shedding some light.

I just got the same message. And "alan fisher" emailed me a few times from weird addresses and it just didn't seem right. Thank goodness I googled one of the email addy's that he sent from (alanissfisher@wikizplc.com) and this popped up.

It's people like this creep who make it difficult for good and legit people to make a transaction. Such a shame!

Here's what I was sent, which is the same as the rest of you guys. Thank you to the person who first started this thread and for the rest of you to keep it going.

WATCH OUT FOR "Randy chamberlain" <rrandychambs@googlemail.com>.  His first email was asking me if my furniture was still available for sale.  I replied back telling him yes it was.  See his 2nd email below:

    Good day,
how are you doing today,im very interested in the item and i hope it
is in good condition .i would have loved to monitor the purchase
personally but am a military presently on a mission ,i  hope you
understand and i will not be able to receive calls as this is against
the ethics of my present mission.
Due to the distance i will like to make an instant purchase but if
there anything wrong, you can kindly let me know and we can fix things
    up. I don't mind
paying additional $50 for it in order for you to take  the ad down
    from craigslist and
also to be assured that it is already mine.
I will be paying you with a certified check and it is going to be sent
    to you via courier service
which is going to be mail to you as soon as possible
For the payment, I'm going to need your details as follow

**Full name to be on the payment
**Your home or office address which the payment will be delivered to
**And your  phone number  in order to facilitate the payment asap.

My mover will be coming for the pick up as soon as you have the check
    cashed, so you
don't need to bother your self about the shipping as everything on
    that is well arranged.
Thanks and I'm waiting to hear from you

Thank you guys for posting this scammer info. I just got the same email from Alan Fisher for a desk on Craigslist.  sounded too fishy to me, so I googled and found this.
I am that "older person" that someone mentioned in an earlier post - at least I have it together enough to google it - but it was close
Thanks for listing the other scammers' emails too.
this guy is a real creep
