If you do not want to recieve these calls from Bank of America, you need to call the customer service number 1-800-432-1000, press "0" or say speak to a representive, and tell them that you would like to "opt out" of ways thier marketing team contacts you.  You can choose for them to not call you, not send you snail mail, or e-mails.

I Received the call today and I blocked the number immediately ! You all guys should have one of those Inernet based phone service .I have Sunrocket for 2 1/2 Years already , they are cheap and have all those futures that You need to Block any number.

i Recieved several calls from this company that shows up as I C on the caller id. EVERYDAY i see that they have called. Today they called late enough that i was home and my boyfriend passed the phone to me, when i answered it, they hung up. i thought it was really weird so i googled this phone # and seen that there were a few of the comments that said that they were linked with bank of america. i called bank of america and told the gal what was going on. she put me on hold and when she came back she said that they had no clue who these people were and i also told her that i looked it up online and she did the same as i was talking to her. She informed me that since they didn't know who these people were that she was going to turn in the number for further research.

I got a call from that number today on my cell phone. No message was left.
glad I googled it, and now know is a telemarketer.

I just got a call from this number (302-737-9533). The caller was rather rude & hung up on me. I did an online search & learned the number is from Innovative Consultants based in Newark, DE. They are a registered user of Verizon & are telemarketers for MBNA & AIG. Hope this helps...

I am so sick of their calls!

It appears that these people from IC do not really want to market any product!  They claim to be affiliated with B of A and others.  Just because they say they are calling on behalf of Bank of American does not make them a legitimate business!  They merely want to obtain your full name and telephone number.  Anyone that gives them that information is merely setting themselves up for some fraudulent scheme.

I called back a few times and just didn't say anything. Figured I'd give them a taste of their own medicine.

I just called this # and got an option to be removed from their list. I hope it works.

I want to report 1-302-737-9533. This number comes up on my caller I.D. with the name I.C.. You pick up the phone nobody speaks, it's obviously a computer or telemarketer calling. I am on the "DO NOT CALL list" with all my phones. I want this to stop immediately as someone is harrassing me with calls I do not wish to receive. Also, I thought if you were on the DO NOT CALL LIST and these people keep calling they are breaking the law. When you call the number back you get a recording saying thank you for calling Innoviated Consultants, they say if you do not want to be called to enter your phone number which I did. Hopefully they will not call me back again.

They called me and told me my MBNA credit card was compromised and they would be sending me a credit report to see if there were any unauthorized transactions.  I was busy taking notes and trying to figure out what my next step was.  He quickly mentioned they would be charging a monthly fee to watch my credit.

I told them no.  If the card is compromised just cancel the credit card.  I then found out he was not really  working for MBNA!

These people call everyday, if not, every other day. I am sick of them. But since I read this entire post, I will no longer worry when I see their number turn up in my Caller ID.

However, I am looking into buying a 'blocker' so I can block them permanently!! I thought AT&T had one, but I'm definitely going to get one for all the annoying telemarketers and bill collectors!!!

i answer and they don't talk,but on the background i heard a cormecial coming from the tv,that cormecial is from univision channel,wich got me thinking that is a person that knows me and he/she was just messing with me.
but i'm still getting those call every other day.

Daily calls, no one there, it hangs up as soon as I pick it up.

Calls after 5pm on weekdays. No msg left and no one there when we pick up. on DNC list. Iritating.

Hi, I have been getting those calls from IC for the past month.  Do they still call you after you told them not to?  If it does stop them, I'll do the same.

I get calls from this number 302-737-9533 and they don't leave a message. I don't pick up, but they always call after 5 pm and sometimes after 9 pm.
