302-737-9533 called and hung up 9-18 9-17 9-14 9-07 and at different times on those days, Can't get  rid of them...... I always get a hang up and my answering machine records the hang ups when I am not home.... The calls have been getting later and later in the evening now that they are getting more frequent.

This number was on the caller ID when we returned from Europe, 10+ times...and we have Bank of America (BOA) accounts, so when we picked up they said that they were selling us protection for our accounts...and we had just reported a BOA "Account Notice" that requested that we give our account information at a LINK, or lose our accout s over the weekend. Not a good combination, but BOA just gives an automated response when an email is sent to the abuse division.

I have received many calls from this number over the months.  They never leave a message and no one speaks to me if I answer the phone.

I C called our house earlier today and my son may have signed up for their services, is there anyway we can cancel this by calling our bank or someone else?

To cancel the service, call the 800 number on the package that they will send out to the address.  As long as you cancel before 30 days, then you won't be charged for your credit report or the info.

phone rang i picked up said hello twice and another male voice said my first name i said yes that it was me and then he hung up

I've been seeing this number on my CallerID for the past month, usually at least two calls a day.   After googling this number and coming across this page, I called BoA as I have two CC cards with them, one of them from MBNA originally.  Spoke to the Customer Care girl.  She is removing my number from their telemarketing list.  Will take up to 90 days to process.  Let see if this happens.  I also asked her to pass my complaint up to her bosses and that there are hundreds of post complaining about this company on the web.  Hopefully this will force BoA to drop IC as a vendor.  That will hurt these m*th*rf*ck*rs the most.... their pockets!!!  

Everyone who has a BoA account should call and complain and threaten to take thier business somewhere else.  That is the only way spamming and telemarketing will stop, when it hurts their bottom line.  As long as we put up and do not say anything, spamming and coldcalling will continue to harass us.

calls everyday no message

ya i had these tards calling my mom and dads phone for past 3 months. didnt really bother me till just this morning when me and my son stay'd over for the night then they woke him up due to non-stop calls. im told that if u start hitting # repeatedly that some how it messes up there caller pc. not sure if thats true or not but i would like to some day speak to some1 from that number to tell them to stop calling or get sue'd:)

bank of america calling to get you to buy something. I don't listen past that point.

Calls come repeatedly throughout the day.  When I pick up, there's nothing, so I hang up.  This last time the answering machine took the 'canned' message - "if you have any questions, call (302)737-9533."

This works but the number for California accounts is 800-622-8731

Took your advice and called BofA in California.  They were very polite,
and deleted our phone number from their marketing "call list".

All of these posts reports experiences similar to mine!  The identification is IC and the umber 302-737-9533. It is on my caller ID every day and I have been home a few times and at least three times have answered when they call and NOTHING, not a word in response...There has to be SOME reason they are doing that...has anyone found out yet?

Called about 8;05pm,mid-week,I answered "hello" but nothing on the line but static.C-ID showed NEWARK,DE.

that number called me at 7PM on 10/10/07. In my case it was Bank of America. I didn't wait to find out exactly what they were selling and asked that they stop calling me.
