Got this call on a socal 951 number. Looks like these asshats go from state to state

I just got a call at 2:21 (SoCal time) they left no message

i answered and it was all spanish.  cell phone

Got a call from the at 2:49 today and didn't answer so i left it to go to voice mail no msg called back didn't work don't know a single person from west Virgina

Same here and if you call it back it says # or code is incorrect.

I got this # just now 3:30 PDT, and while I know a few people in West Virginia, they don't have my #.  Oh well, my theory is: If it's important, you'll leave a message!

Got a recorded message IN SPANISH, on my cell, and I have registered my cell on the do not call list. Good to know it's working so well. And yes, it was from West Virginia.

This number called our business 7 times today.  It is a recording that speaks spanish.  This is very distracting to the receptionist that is very busy.  They need to stop calling.

Same thing happened to me. Missed call, tried to call back and the message something like 010P.

Same thing here, didn't answer, no message today at 8:07pm.  If you are registered on the National DNC list you can report them, they will get a fine, and you can do this on line.

i never answer & i never call back unless i know what its about & who its from. the stuff mentioned here looks like vishing scams ive read about. the number is a voip reroute or faked using an "exploit". a vishing scam is when someone uses voip to excite you to fish for personal info. our numbers are auto dialed. there are similar techniques used by telemarketers to get around call to cellphone restrictions. in fact, i once read a pretty detailed description of a vishing telemarketer who used a similar technique
