Rang me in Colorado at 1:35 MST, saw the caller ID and answered, "Nick's Pizza."  Silence, then I repeated "Nick's Pizza, may I take your order?" When I get these call, I always answer the same way, and don't get a second call if they think it is a business.  It works well.

I got a call from this number. I am pretty sure the same guy called earlier today 3 times using different numbers. This time I said hello once and then was silent while he said "hello? hello?" a few times. The guy this morning was claiming to be from Microsoft and saying we had a computer problem. I told him he was a scammer. He called again and used some crude language. Why can't the phone company shut this down. It is getting to be very disruptive.
Call type not listed below. It is a scam pure and simple. They are spoofing numbers.

Lady called me and said she was calling about my windows computer I asked her to repeat herself and she said "You have a windows computer right" I responded "I don't know you tell me. You are calling me to tell me there is something wrong with it, so do I have a windows computer or not" The lady hung up on me.

Caller ID said Unknown Name. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. This number has called 3 times.

I received a call from this number, which appeared on the caller i.d. on my phone yesterday. I called the number to see who it might have been. Instead, I got this loud chirping sound in my ear which sounded like a fax machine. I wish the F.C.C would do their job and make these callers HAVE to identify themselves. That is telephone harassment ,especially if its an UNKNOWN CALLER.

Just got a call from a man with an thick accent asking about my Windows computer. I could hear what sounded like the typical call center sounds in the background...other voices and clicking of keys on a keyboard. I lied and told him I don't have a computer. I had to repeat it, then I told him he had the wrong number. He hung up. I knew it was a scam.

I look forward to these calls every month. The Indian guy reads from a script about some virus my "computer" is suffering from that causes me to leak private information each time I load a web page. I ask him what kind of credit card he takes and he's so surprised that he hangs up.
