I got the same call, gave the same responses, they were done then.  They didn't ask for any personal information.

If you google the number, the CDC comes up and if you go to the CDC.gov website you'll see that it is legit.

It was legit. CDC has a post about it on their website. Ignore all these mean people.

This is a CDC survey looking for info much like a census that gives away your personal information to the federal lackeys. Please do not fall for this and let your independence fall. It's just another federal scam to get more information out of you much like the last question I had on my last doctors "check in" sheet. No [***], it asked how many guns I owned....

Called my landline and when I answered no one said anything. I blocked the number.

They called me as well they did not ask for any personal information at all.
