Ok here you all go again.. The 318--963-8895 number is now calling a lot of older People in the allentown, bethlehem PA area. Yes I believe it is a scam 1, to confirm the number, to confuse the old into thinking thier paper is no longer going to be availiable. and who knows what else. also I would not take all the advise given as they have thier poeple putting information on sites like this. try what you can, donot call list after 31 days you can complain, Better business bures can do what it can but if you see the dates on these complaints it seem to start in Feb/mar in the past 2 years so it is not new! Good luck and warn the elderly...

Dude...I got these guys to stop calling me about 1 1/2 months...now they just called....AGAIN!

This number was calling my WORK number and getting through. I called the 314-845-2825 number mentioned on this page, and they are putting my work number on their "do not call" list. Hope it works.

The woman I spoke with said they don't buy numbers. She said if you have done any business in the past with one of their newspaper (and/or periodicals) accounts, then you are on their list.

3149638895, this number is a sales rep for The Sun Newspaper, but I am sure other papers as well, I took the paper for a short time and then cancelled because both the delivery person and the billing dept. were a bunch of idiots, kept trying to bill me long after i cancelled the paper in writing with a copy of my check showing that my bill was paid in full! I don't have call blocking or i would block this number, I think i will just answer next time they call and tell them to take me off thier call list or i will sue, since i have register on the natl. do not call list, be sure to get name and number of person you talk with.

they are actually working for your local newspaper company trying to get to subscribe or resubscribe - If you call the number that's what it says..

I was going crazy trying to get the phone calls to stop!!!! Thanks for the info. I called the 314-845-2825 number and got our number removed. Whatever you do, if your in this situation Do Not Do Nothing. Find the answers and get it fixed!!!

They call at least 5 times a day and never leave a message. When I pick up they hang up.

boy, if this Pisa Group doesn't actually remove my number from their list, then they sure made a big mistake to post the addresses of all their reps on their website.

Do not call registry entries have to be updated every couple years. Go back, and update your info, and it should start working again. They did a news story on this about a month ago here in Arizona.

I had 3 "Missed Calls" on my cell phone on 6/11, then got one of these calls at 12:30 p.m. on 6/12.  The man identified himself as being from "The Arizona Republic".  I asked if he knew where he was calling - he said no, I told him (several states away).  I told him not to call anymore and he said he would take me off his list.  Since my cell is on the "Do Not Call List", I am also reporting these calls as a violation.

I have had several missed calls from this phone number, I am waiting for them to leave a voicemail but they never do.

Second phone call this week to my ground line. No message left on first call. No response when I answered second call.

Got a Call from this number at 10:30 am, EXACTLY, on Sat. July 4 th.  My teenage daughter answered the phone (Caller ID read NEWS)and The MAN on the phone asked if he could speak to Peter(myself). Identified himself as John.  My daughter informed the man that I was not home, the man then asked if my daughter was my girlfriend, when my daughter informed the man that she was my daughter, he then asked her AGE...If her mother was home...and why someone wasn't watching her.  My Daughter is 16.  VERY BIZARRE and SCARY!!  We reside in Los Angeles.  Tried to call the # back and it just rang and rang.

I recieved a call from them and they wanted to speak to my parents but they werent home so they said they would call back!! They never called back!! The woman who answered had a Tennesse accent and she claimed her name to be Lori!!
