Received two calls from this number on September 7, 2010.

This is getting [***] ridiculous. I am getting calls 5 times a day. At first it was once a week but now it's getting crazy. I wonder if the number is spoofed because I'm about to go to New York and kick some [***] ass.

dude this number has called me literally 3 times a day for the past 4 days, and i've only answered once, and all I heard was someone breathing, and then nothing. talk about CREEPY. good thing i looked it up though, because I was thinking about calling them back just to see what the hell they wanted!

This caller has called me several times over the past week sometimes 2-3 times per day. Sometimes they leave a message which is blank, sometimes no message. I have answered the first few times they called and no one is there when I answer. Very annoying to keep getting these calls.

I'm getting multiple calls a day from this number and have no idea why? I want them to stop calling me! It's beyond annoying!!!

I get on average 8 to 12 phone calls from this number a day and if I do not answer they call back on an 800 number.  Both claim to be associated with a college and continued education.  I have told them to stop calling a number of time and to take my phone number off their list, but the calls continue.

That is a good one. Never thought about doing that. You just gave me an idea. Next time they call I'll give them the number of the Federal Marshalls Office. You see my brother is a Feeral Marshall.

I have received about 20 calls over the past few days from 315-207-4761.  Early in the morning, later in the evening.  All day long!  They ask for my son by name.  I tell them he is at school and I get some quick response and a hang up.  I just recieved another call and answered.  When stating he was in school, the lady asked if my son was in high school or college.  I told her he was in high school and she said she would have to take him off the list.  They are not allowed to send information to minors.  I told her he was not a minor and had already turned 18.  She told me they are not allowed to send information to minors or anyone in high school.  She told me my son must have requested the information in error.  She asked me if I was interested in furthering my education.  I told her no and hung up.  I will have to wait and see if the calls continue.  We are on the "no call list" and have been for a long time.

I get calls from them 10 to 15 times a day. It doesn't seem to matter what time it is either.

i am getting calls every day-they don't answer-i called the number and got answering machine saying thank you for calling customer service-LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

I'm getting these calls too. Like an idiot I called back repeatedly and left blank voicemails like they did to me, but should have put two and two together. I think the next time they call I'll pick up and answer "Federal Trade Commission, Fraud Department" and see if that gets me off the hook. I really hope I don't get charged for calling them back.

they call me at least 5x a day, i put it under "dont answer" in my phone and set it to fwd all calls to voicemail.

I recieved a 2 calls on Sunday and 4 calls today (Monday)... It is quite annoying I just recieved a call at 7:30 pm and no one said anything.. It just doesn't make since. Does anyone think that they get personal information based on you answering or anything?

I am so glad I read this information! They have called me ten times in past two days and I have called them back three times. Anyone know how much they charge you? How can they even get away with doing that. This is so creepy but I am glad I am not the only one this is happening to. If I could block them, I totally would.

i have been receiving many calls from 315-207-4761 over the past few days telling me that my college degree awaits me. thats all crap  i just started!!

This company keeps calling and when I called the college degree number on here they said they never heard of me yet this company keeps calling me !!!! Ugh !!!!! The seriously need to get a life !!!!

Today I started receiving phone calls from this number and they keep coming.  I answered once and they hung up on me

that's what it said when i called back also!  i've been getting several calls from different numbers and they never leave voicemails, so i don't answer.
