No surprise, Boca Raton is a hotbed of Israeli/Russian scammers....

Ive been using "Detective Norton how may I help you" works great most of the time they hang up and dont call back

But watch out for Midland Funding they're a scamming collection agency and they don't care how you answer the phone they call 4-5 times daily and if your not the correct sex of the person they want they hang up.  I finally had to file a phone harassment charge against them and they block their numbers.  so if your getting "unknown name-unknown number" its probably them.  
So file with your local PD its well worth it to send them the report number and a C&D letter
