I have had many of these calls on home line and cell.  How do I get this to stop?

When I started receiving SPAM messages (like these) on my cell, I texted them back: "STOP. This phone is being used for emergency purposes ONLY. If the calls continue, I will report you to the FCC".

Problem solved.

Had an unauthorized "Best Hosting Fee" charge of $14 to my checking account about a month and a half ago...wondering if this call is the same scammer.

Anyone else?

Just got a call in Denver as well.

Ha! This has happened to me a couple of times now. I press 1 to request that they take me off their list, they rudely hang up before I finish my sentence. Obviously, this is SOP from these people. And from what I gather in these posts above, there is no fix for this. We are at their mercy.

They say they want to lower my interest rates - I'm totally not interested.

Got a call 5 minutes ago, from this Wichita, Kansas, based cell phone #..Tues, Sept 27th, about 11:45 AM.. Reverse search says this is a cell phone.. I didnt answer, and I didnt call back.. I checked out the #, and found this blog...I have sprint.. Will now go and put this # on my BLOCKED call list...Dumbasses......................I dont even have a freakin credit card, NOR a mortgage..

I, too, am on a do not call list.. but this #, if you google it, comes up as a cell phone #... Thats how they get around this crap.

Same here just got a call at 9:54 am---I am on the Do Not Call list also, I get annoying calls like this ALL the time and report them, doesn't do any good!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. This company is really pestering people this morning. What is the point of calling all of us when you hang up as soon as we start to speak. The caller didn't know that we were about to tell them to STOP calling. This sort of robocalling and scam calls seems to be happening more and more lately. I am at my wits end with these people.

I was called on 9/27, 12:00 pm, on a Verizon phone.  I am in Ohio.

I just got this call too but missed it.  No message.  From these posts, i won't try to call back.

I WILL answer next time, tell them i'll listen but will advise the call is being recorded.

Reporting is easy - just google do not call and go to the "file a complaint" link. You phone MUST be registered to file. Do it every time they call.

get an air horn when you get a live person on the phone blow it real loud and long

I keep receiving phone calls about my credit card but I do not own a credit card so how can there be any issues with them. Also my number is on the do not call list. This is a complete scam.

Just got a call from this number. (9:22AM Pacific). Didn't answer.

just got a call from this #, this is my 3 or 4th call. i am also on the do not call list. bnot sure how they got my #. when i tried to ask them a question about "my creadit card account" female caller hung up. i tried to call back but goes to voice mail...msg box full. what is the point of the do NOT call list? is that why we have place our selves on that list...isn't it supposed to protect us from calls just like this?
