- JenniferI just got called by this number on my cell phone. They hung up before I answered it. They didn't leave a message.
- AnonymI got a call from 316.305.4782. Press 1 to lower %. I have received calls about this for over a year now. Different #'s all the time. But same thing. I ask who they work for and the generic answer "card services" is what I get. When they start asking for personal information, I turn into the most hated caller :) - Does anyone know how to stop these calls?
- Caller: "Card Services"
- Dave in VirginiaJust received the same call about lowering my interest rate. When I pressed one, the phone rang to a second number. Somene answered, but said nothing and then hung up. I did not say a word. I guess he was to scared to talk. How do I report these calls to the FCC
This call has SCAM all over it!- Caller: CARD SERCIVES
- Fed UpIn addition to filling out the FCC complaint form that someone else linked to, I also filled out a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

- KL| 1 replyJust received a call from 316-305-4782 and didn't answer. So annoying.
- KR replies to PoneI have gotten a 3 or 4 calls from this number lately. 2 around 9 or 10 and 2 around 3 or 4. When I finally stayed on the line and pressed one to talk to someone, she asked if I was interested in the offer (lowering my interest on a credit card) When I told her that I wanted to be taken off their list she shouted something unintelligible at me and hung up.
- CoreyThey will nto stop calling even though I have asked multiple times
- RogerI am getting several calls from telemarketeers, I thought cell phone number where not supposed to be published and telemarketeers where not supposed to be able to call, I am very upset that this keeps happening and I believe that the feds need to step up and take care of this problem

- Cath replies to Donna| 1 replyReport on the national do not call list each time you receive a call. Hopefully, they will eventually smack them with a big fine.
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx - Cath replies to sue| 1 replyThe thing about doing this, Sue, is that the employer doesn't CARE that this happens to the call center person. They have NO idea what number they have called and won't remove it because of the air horn. The person calling us is gainfully employed, possibly supporting a family, and it's not their fault they can only find work with a scumbag employer.
If we all keep reporting the number calling us (they change it up), hopefully the Gov't will eventually slap a big fine on these corporations.
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx - Cath replies to SodeThey have auto dialers and don't have a clue what number they are calling. If I have time, I play along with them and tie up their lines :~) Kept one rep on the phone for 45 minutes one time! LOL
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx <<< report em - JimGot a call from them on my cell phone they immediately hung up when I answered. I then tried to call back and it went straight to voice mail and the mail box was full. Probably just another attempt at scamming. Be aware!
- Cath replies to CathAlso, if you have time... play along with them and tie up their lines!! If they can figure out your number, that MIGHT work to delete you from their files. Otherwise, we need to keep reporting them.

- oldae replies to SandiAll of these numbers are "spoofed" -- they have no connection to reality. Most of the time the numbers have not been issued by a phone service provider. Occasionally a number already in use is spoofed, much to the consternation of the holder of that number. I once received a call just two numbers up from our landline phone. The number had not been issued and was not in use. The Do Not Call list is powerless against these spammers. And the politicians seem to be strangely uninterested in helping to ferret out and put a stop to these spammers. They are phishing for your credit card information. They have no intention, and no way, to help reduce your credit-card interest rates. My solution: Get a Panasonic or similar brand phone that allows you to block a certain number of callers. That way your phone will ring once, and "Caller Blocked" will be displayed in the Caller ID window. Having an unlisted number seems to be of no help: These calls are made at random by a robo-caller, and it does not depend on a called number being listed in a directory.
