I constantly receive these calls and I filed a complaint with the do not call registry and my state attorney general's office and I was told that the more you answer the more they call so its best not to answer. Apparently many people have complained about this SCAM and an investigation is underway.

I use Youmail constantly.  It's free, it registers with your smart phone without interfering with your regular 'Dial 1' voicemail, and yes, I do use this exact custom incoming message for each and every ginormous [***] who persists with me!

Another unwanted call on my cell phone.  I'm on the DNC list.  What's the problem with these jerks?

This number keeps calling me asking to lower a credit card for which I don't have - they call everyday at all hours - please help.

put the number in your call list and assign it the name "ignore"  when they call you will know who it is and either let it ring out or "decline" the call - saving your minutes.

unwanted calls asked to talk to a supervisor after 2nd call in 30 min, told that was not a option at the time

Received two calls from 13163054782 no message. No caller ID. Firtst call 9/27/11 at 10:39am. Second call 9/27/11 at 8:56pm.

left no message, did not recognize number,  did call back said mailbox full, blocked this number

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone.  They say they are from Card Member Services, but they are not from any of my credit card providers.  I gather they are just trying to sell me something.  When I have told them I am on the Do Not Call List, they just hang up on me.  They are using expensive cell phone minutes and I do not want these calls.  I try not to answer when I know who is calling, but they still get through sometimes when I forget to check who is calling before I answer the phone.  This is just harassment to me.

I got the same call on 9/27/11 as well! Only it was at 8:45 AT NIGHT!!! Seriously?!?!

they called me too on 9/27!.. i didn't answer bc i didn't want to be charged but i'm glad i googled this number and saw that others are experiencing the same thing. btw i'm on vacation in Europe now so i'm just hoping they got charged up the @$$ for calling internationally haha suckers

A few people have asked how your cell number is being used for these calls. Please call the White House and thank President Obama since he is the one who make cell phones public and open to scum like this who call. (he did this when he first took office.) I have been called 4 times in the last month by these people. The one I got today said, "Oh gee, that's just too bad." and then hung up after I told him to remove my number and I am on the do not call list.

Got a call.  When I pressed one. . .the guy on the line said he would suck my d**k for $4000.
