They can get away with calling people on the DNC list becuase 1. They use a fake number for the caller ID, it is not the actual number they are calling from so there is no way to track them to fine them and 2. They try and hang up before you can completely say I am on the DNC list or Take me off your list, that way they do not have to remove you, I have actually had they swear at me saying they can do whatever the F*** they want to. Unbelievable!

This also works for pesky ex girlfriends!

called my cell did not answer and left no voice mail came here and noticed this guy has been busy today 9/27/11! went and filed complaint at do not call registry and provided this link for reference they need to do something about these scam calls!

Answered call, no one on other end, no response for one minute untill disconect.

Keep getting cals from 316 305 4782 regarding lowering the interest rate on my credit card, then the phone disconnects. My number has already been registered on the DO NOT CALL list... yet I still get harassed by this caller

This person calls from this number constantly. It's harassing. I am on the Do Not Call list also. I really wish it would stop.

Just got the same call at 2:33pm EDT.  I'm registered on the DNC list.  Old cell phone would let me block calls.  Unfortunately this one does not.

Just got a call-and-hang-up from this number. Why are these "lower your interest rate" mass-call scammers not in jail yet?

This number calls me periodically without leaving a message -- I won't answer any number I don't recognize. Just recieved another call. I am also on the "Do not call" list!

i recieved a call this morning from this number. i answered and they were makin sexual comments. i hung up and tried to call back but went straight to voicemail with a full inbox. what a joke. im on the do not call list and filling a report.

Every time this scam calls they just hang up before I can tell them not to call my # anymore. I wish there was some way to make this 316-305-4782 STOP calling my cel!!!!!!!! I'm also on a do not call.gov list.

Just got a call from this number, but I don't answer out of area code numbers. I always look them up first to see what other people say about them. Thanks for the postings about it...

I am on the "do not call" list and keep getting calls about credit card debt.  Return calls go to a voice mail box that is full and cannot accept any more messages.  One time I did talk w/ a person he was rude, called me a lier and hung up on me.

This crap has got to stop!  This is the 3rd call today from these people.

If you have AT&T landline you can dial *60 and follow the directions to add them to your blocked caller list.

Have gotten calls in spite of being on a do not call list.  this one did not even talk to me and of course when I called back the message box is full.  Can't someone do something about this?
