I received a call from (316) 305-4782 about 40 minutes ago.  I did not answer but from what I have read on your site, it is the same telemarker recorded message about lowering your interest rate on your credit card.  I received same exact call from (989) 854-2368 yesterday which I reported to this website. I believe I registered my phone # on DNC registry but yet I still receive these calls.  I hope we can get this company to stop harrassing me with unwanted calls.  They seem to change phone numbers when they call too.

Just got a call from this number, 9p.m., but didn't answer. Figured it was something like a scam. Sounds like I was right!

The JERKS at this telemarketing scam number, 1-316-305-4782--who are violating the DO NOT CALL list for cell phones--do not answer their phone. You get a voicemail box that says, "The mailbox number belonging to [loud sliding scuffling sound where the party's name should be] is not available. Please try back later. Goodbye." They are too cowardly to have their name on their voicemail box message. Is there a place to report numbers that violate the do not call registry? I'm ready to turn them all in because they keep ringing my cell phone with their useless products no one really wants. How do they keep their jobs?

the gov't does not care or they would stop all of these calls it does not good to report the number as that goes on a sell list with your number on it from the gov't....there will never be a fine or a big fine to any company  wake up people

I received a call on my cell phone from this telemarketer. My number is on the national do not call list. My research indicates that this company is notorious for this.

I got a call. It scared me because I have relatives in Topeka. Do you know what this outfit is. They hung up and when I called the message said the mailbox was full.  This is Wichita, however.

unsolicited calls I have SIGNED UP for no call, but still keep getting unsolicited calls. please report and get them to remove my number from their call list. thanks

What was the point with joining the do-not-call registry? They haven't done a damn thing to shut these scammers down.

You and the prior three commentors clearly lack understanding of how the DNC registry works. It is not a magical shield which repels every unwanted call in creation. It is a resource which must be referenced by tlelmarketers before they light up the phones. Mere registration of a phone number does not deter career criminals with sequential dialers.

Part of the point of listing is to make it simpler to complain when violators decide to ignore your stated need for privacy. Complaints to DNC form a handy pool of intel for law enforcement, which is a good thing, as a mass of complaints helped the FTC choke off several credit reprice scammers in 2010. If you hope for more prompt human assistance, file complaints with the FTC and attorneys general. Individual action through a TCPA lawsuit would be a strong suggestion, if anyone manages to corner one of these scammers long enough.

This has to be scam. I just received a called and like others I called back after answering and noone said anything. Businesses, when have they started using wireless numbers to do telemarketing??????? Me personally cannot stand these calls especially when they are calling early in the morning and/or late at night. They DO NOT respect people homes calling at those hours. I understand they have a job to do but when a person ask to be off call log some companies can remove the numbers and should. Honestly when they disrespect me because I reject or call too late disturbing my family rest I GIVE THEM THE BIZNES & FOR THEM THAT'S NOT GOOD!

I answered once before and told them I was not interested and add me to the do not call list. So now a few weeks later they call again.  NOW It now shows up as a cell call but from the same #  -- These scum buckets try every trick in the book.  What part of NO did they not understand?! I have already filed a complaint against them --I guess I will hope enough folks have complained so the Gov't finally cracks down on them.

Call to cell phone - didn't answer because no name & didn't recognize number. I am on the no-call but still get calls about reducing credit card interest. Don't own a credit card.

I recieved this on my cell and i do not like this at all. I also have do not call listed on my phone.

I keep getting calls from the same number!! I answer, nothing. Call it back, get the message that the voice mail box is full!!
