I too work in outbound. The thing people don't understand is that we have no control over it and we're only human. No need to get angry just say please don't call here anymore.

Well, I hate to break the pattern but I haven't been to Lowes for a few months, I rent an apartment so all maintenance goes through my landlord.  I do however have a Lowes card so I'm not saying it can't be them.  Maybe they're calling to say they miss me?
Since there is no message I guess we'll never know.  Shucks!

Lowes have never installed stuf fhere. Called 4 times in 2 days & no message. Maybe they want to know how the birds enjoyed the bird seed we bought there

I was checking this site because I received a couple calls each day for the past 3 days.  I recently had a hot water tank installed by Lowe's, so I'm sure that's what it is for me, as well.

Several calls over the past couple days. Never talks when I answer or leaves a message when I don't.  I haven't had any service or other reason why Lowes would be calling.

This number has called 2 times without leaving a message and once that I answered and no one responded...

Calls me at random hours, and says nothing. When I start talking they hang up!

annoying calls, it makes no sense.
we come back when we are satisfied, we complain or leave when service is bad.

I am thinking American Corp-s should stop sending these calls and save the money to eliminate junk mails stacked in our mail box, then we save money and resources and natures for good.

Also received a call from this number during  dinner. If a company is rude enough to call during meal times and doesn't leave a message then I can't be bothered to take the time to talk to them.

Missed a call from this number on my cell, no message left.  Now I see by the posts here that it is Lowes, presumably for a satisfaction survey.  They should probably be glad they did not reach me.  We have an expensive washer and dryer set that we purchased 13 months ago.  We winter in FL, so it actually has only 9 actual months of very low usage (retirement age couple).  The washer started having major issues right after the 1 year mark, though I was not concerned because we had purchased a 3 year extended warranty.  They recently notified us that it is not "financially feasible" to fix our machine.  The $70 extended warranty on the washer, which should have provided us with 3 years of worry free coverage is now worthless after only one month.  They issued a merchandise card for the purchase price (not the extra $70), much less than they charge for them now, as it was a super sale and purchased with a 10% off coupon, plus they said that if we purchase another, to be sure to get another $70 extended warranty, as washers often have expensive problems now.  Needless to say, we are not satisfied, as the warranty said that the first course of action would be to replace the machine with a comparable one, which they did not.  Come on Lowes, please call back!

Calls are at all times day/night.  I blocked one number so another 336 exchange started calling. I'm going to file a complaint.
