Same deal - bought counters from Lowe's.  Call 1-800-446-6937 (Customer Service) to complain.

I too had a dishwasher installed from Lowes. Keeps calling and leaving no message. Must be an automated survey.

Thanks for the help! I had Lowe's carpet installed recently, so I'm assuming it's them. Annoying, indeed. We will see who is more tenacious, me avoiding them or them tracking me down.

Yes, same for me, i.e., called and left no message. I also got a Lowe's installation recently.

This number has been calling me at 7:00 a.m., off and on, for several months now...leaving no message and on the couple of occasions I have answered, there has been no one on the other end.

I called the number back and it is exactly what we have all theorized. It is a customer service satisfaction call about a recent Lowe's installation oe purchase.

It is Lowes survey on installs & purchases.  Frankly, I appreciated their interest in my opinion of the lumber I had delivered for a deck, which was excellent.

Yes! They have called 3 times this week and never leave a message! Nice to know who it is at least, but so annoying!

I had flooring installed by Lowe's in the last month. However, I spoke with the local customer survey team when they called the next week, they left a name and number, so I'm guessing this is from the regional or national survey team.

The "Lowes" have it, after not answering the call and no message left, I answered and it was a customer satisfaction survey. It isn't a telemarketer per say. I had a dishwasher installed a few weeks ago.

Recently I had subcontractor from Lowe's come out to measure for whole house vinyl & carpeting.  After obtaining a 2nd quote I found Lowe's overestimated total materials needed by 30%.  The cost of the goods was not so much, but the cost of labor on 30% more was!  I went with the 2nd quote at a $450.00 savings on better quality goods.  I called Lowe's to tell them I already bought & installed from someone else, but their subcontractor kept calling me to "follow up on my quote" for two more weeks until I called a 2nd and 3rd time to ask them to STOP!  Now I'm getting calls with no message left from this number and I wonder if it, too, is Lowe's...

Lowe's installation 2 weeks ago--got 2 calls in one day--no message--simple solution:  going to the store where I bought the dishwasher and complain to the manager!

I called the # and it was from Lowe's. I also recently made some purchases from them with installation.  I am assuming that it's a survey.

I had carpet installed by Lowes also. They appear to call every other day, but I refused to answer. Today they rolled into voice mail and just sat there before manually hanging up.  I believe it is a person getting paid by the call. We must have the wrong job
