This call is coming into my cell which very few companies have.  I recently had carpet installed by Lowes and had to give the cell number as the property does not have a land line.

This makes a lot of sense.  I, too, had a recent installation done by Lowes, whom I will be calling to tell them to stop.  Even though, I am relieved to hear this call is somewhat legitimate and not some lunatic trying to steal my identity!

Same here, Lowe's after service survey, 8:30 at night!

Customer sat survey from Lowe's, funny thing is that I already took this call a month ago and provided my response.  But they keep calling - guess they want to be really sure that I'm satisfied :-)

Call came while we were on the phone with someone.  No message left.  I also have recently had an installation by Lowe's.

Yep, Lowe's is relentless.  They call and call after you get some kind of installation from them.  We recently bought a storm door from them and installed.  They left a message the first few times they called.  Now calls are coming from this 336-658-1014 number, I'm not answering and they're not leaving messages.

We now go to Home Depot.  We'll see what happens.

I too had a recent installation from Lowes, I am gioing to call back and complain.

Did not answer the call, as I did not recognize the number, but I  recently had a freezer delivered and set up from Lowe's.

Yes, it probly is Lowes as I had some work done through them.  But why can't they leave a message or on caller ID have their name listed?  Why be so secretive?  If I know who it is or recognize the number I normally answer if I am available.

I got a call from this number today and, having had some usolicited calls from odd exchanges I ignored it and looked it up online.  Haivng had some installation of a Lowe's purchase not too long ago I am relieved to see that at least this particular number does not need to be blocked on my cell phone.  Thank goodness you can acutally look these things up now days.

Yes, I am an employee at Lowe's, and I am part of the Outbound Survey department.  We are just calling to ask your opinion on a recent installation.  If you would like not to receive those calls, please be polite.  We are just doing our jobs.  Just pick up, wait for us to say our spill, and ask politely to be put on our do not call list.  We are just doing our jobs, just like you.  Treat others as you wish to be treated.  If you are really irritated by the calls, call our customer service line 1-800-445-6937 and explain the situation to them.  And yes, Home Depot does it too, so it won't help switching.

Yeah, it's Lowes. Their Corporate HQ is in Wilkesboro, NC, which is in the 336-658 area code & prefix. I had a carpet installation gone wrong and their customer service has been staying in close touch with me lately.

I had a recent installation from Lowes as well. No message was left. When I called the number back it played hip hop music while it rang. I hung up as I thought this could not be a business.
