It is Lowe's. I recently had a new kitchen floor and foyer laid. They used a contractor to do the work. They are calling to see if the contractor did a good job so that if he didn't, they wouldn't be using him again.  Simple.

Yes I had a recent purchase from Lowes too so it must be that.

I've gotten a few calls from this number over the last month. I had a refrigerator installed as well as blinds and they are calling for a survey. Unfortunatlely, they don't leave a message and when called back there is no option to talk to anyone or remove the number. "We will attempt to conctact you again." Not very useful.

I didn't answer since I didn't know the number.  But, Lowes did recently install a door in my house.

I, too, recently purchased an item that was installed by Lowe's. Glad to know this was them because I was curious who was calling me from North Carolina.

Yes, it is Lowes.  I just called the number from my work phone, because I didn't want to use my cell.  The message you get tells you that it is Lowes.  They  give you a 800 number to use to call them back, so why not use the 800 number to being with.  This really bothers me - I love Lowes, they are really helpful.  Why they would do this is so strange.

Same here. Had a door installed by Lowes and they did not leave a message when they called. Looks like I will be getting plenty more calls until they got through by the looks of things.

I had Lowes install carpeting done last week as well -- must be the customer survey which the installer mentioned that I would be getting.  Not to be confusion with calls from a (331) area code which are fraudulent calls coming from Mexico trying to get you to send money.  Lowes needs to do something else if they want customer feedback!

They did not leave number, called several times in the same day. We also had an installation from Lowes (carpet)

Answered this number after I read the below messages stating it's a Lowe's survey.  It is a Lowe's survey.  Just wanted to confirm it for people.  I for one have numerous doctor bills, I just assumed it was a collector.  It wasn't!

Called no message. We did have a Lowe's installation in the beginning of the month but survey was already done. Will see is they call back.

I got called twice from this #.

I'm told they will only make three attempts to get a hold of you and if they cant reach you they assume you are satisfied.  That's poor customer service but it seems to be the way all service centers are operating.  At minimum leave a message and direct your customers to a survey site as an alternative to a phone call.

As in my case, I'm NOT satisfied and have called customer care directly to deal with an install problem.

Woo Hoo!  Me too!  Windows installed by Lowe's just before Christmas.

We recently bought a new dishwasher from Lowes and they installed it. It seems to me that Lowes would show up on the caller ID though, so I am not answering it.

Please stop these calls. I do not answer any calls from numbers that I don"t recognize or from companies/indivuduals that leave no message. Simply annoyed!
