Receive the call this morning and they asked for my son by name. I told her he was sleeping and I asked who she was. She asked if I was his wife and I told her I was his mom. She said well maybe you can help me and asked if he was still interested in health insurance. I told her NO...that he was still covered under my husbands insurance. She rudely hung up without no further reply.

Everyone here that have private unlisted or any other kind of number; These spam calls are the result of a computer starting with 202-234-5678 and then increasing it by one digit, each time. It also makes sense that the computer doing the robo-dialing will get to your number eventually. So, take heart that they are not singling you out, they just try all the numbers they can, to get as many as they can. I just got one of these, rejected 3 TIMES. So if it's a pain the butt, I hope your phone gives you the option to ignore it.Samsung phones have a block list on them but I dont know which models. I believe it to be a feature in most models. Let this go and stress less! It's all technology they use to bother us with.

received a call from this number at 11:30am but didn't recognize the area code nor the number but no message was left so likely unwanted spam/telemarketing, so much for the Do Not Call Registry working

I keep getting calls from this number. There is never a message left and when I try to call back it says the number is not working.

Recieved calls from (360) 474-3262, no one says anything. I called back & said no calls being accepted. I then blocked the number with the MrNumber app on my phone. No calls recently. I can still see when they call but my phone just hangs up on them. Great app for blocking calls. It will also show me if it has been reported as spam calls.....

I actually answered my phone because this wasn't the first time this # has tried calling but of course no one was on the other end.

Received a call this afternoon.  NO message.  When I called back got a recording:  "This number is currently unavailable, please try your call again later".

Received this call, no message, yesterday at 5:43 PM.  Caller ID shows "Arlington WA".  I wish there was a way to forward these calls to Rachel at Cardholder's Services and all the other people who ignore the DNC list.

I requested a quote from coventry insurance yesterday (4-25-12) , received a call within seconds, told them I just wanted a quote....never did get one....today got another call, did not answer it. Sure wish I hadn't given my phone number!

Here's the answer to all our prayers.  Telemarketers almost exclusively use "autodialers" to make their calls.  One out of a thousand will have live reps doing the dialing.  When these dialers connect (you answer the phone) they listen for any "tones" generated.  If no "tones" are detected they then transfer the call to one of the reps in a call center.  "IF" the autodialer hears the 3 beeps from dialing a "DISCONNECTED" number, the number that was just dialed is automatically "REMOVED" from their list.  Below is a link that has this "tone" plus the verbal message.  You DO NOT need the verbal message.  Download or copy the "DISCONNECTED" MP3 or WAV file to your desktop.  Create or change the greeting you have when someone calls you and you're not available.  At the VERY BEGINNING of your message place the 3 tones (NOT THE VOICE MESSAGE) then continue with your usual or normal greeting.  The autodialer will hear the tones and BINGO, your number will be removed since they think it's a disconnected number.  DONE.  In a few weeks you will be removed from all the lists.  Of course you may have to explain the tones to the callers you DO want to speak to but that's a small tradeoff.  Pass this info on to anyone you know that gets junk calls or even help post this on these websites.  GET RID OF JUNK / SPAM CALLS.

this number called me 4 times in a row on my cell phone which I have had this same number for years now.  No message was left, and when I called it back, a foreign voice recording said "they party is unavailable now, please call at a later time".  But note there was no ringing sound before the recording played....

they called my phone twice & never left a message. didnt know who it was so i didnt answer.

I've received several calls from this number.  More recently, it rang for about two seconds and the idiot hung up.

I got a phne call from the same number and let me tell you it is very annoying because i receive about 5 or 6 calls a day from people doing the same ting calling just to hang up and they are all from different phone numbers i just quit answering my phone unless it is someone i know

These creeps call me often, and have been for many weeks now. Never have they so much as asked a single question. Someone says my first name, then I hear other people talking in the background and sometimes laughing. I want to put a contract out on these [***].
