Here's the answer to all our prayers.  Telemarketers almost exclusively use "autodialers" to make their calls.  One out of a thousand will have live reps doing the dialing.  When these dialers connect (you answer the phone) they listen for any "tones" generated.  If no "tones" are detected they then transfer the call to one of the reps in a call center.  "IF" the autodialer hears the 3 beeps from dialing a "DISCONNECTED" number, the number that was just dialed is automatically "REMOVED" from their list.  Below is a link that has this "tone" plus the verbal message.  You DO NOT need the verbal message.  Download or copy the "DISCONNECTED" MP3 or WAV file to your desktop.  Create or change the greeting you have when someone calls you and you're not available.  At the VERY BEGINNING of your message place the 3 tones (NOT THE VOICE MESSAGE) then continue with your usual or normal greeting.  The autodialer will hear the tones and BINGO, your number will be removed since they think it's a disconnected number.  DONE.  In a few weeks you will be removed from all the lists.  Of course you may have to explain the tones to the callers you DO want to speak to but that's a small tradeoff.  Pass this info on to anyone you know that gets junk calls or even help post this on these websites.  If you continue getting calls after reading this, it's your "OWN" fault!  END JUNK CALLS.

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. Only close friends and family have my number and I don't appreciate getting calls from this person and they don't leave messages...just keep calling back. It's a landline number and from Washington; that's all I know but I wish they would stop harassing me!!

I get calls from this number two 2-3 times a day ... I requested insurance coverage and gave my number Big Mistake .. Never again will I enetr y number online . This sucks they call all the time .

Me too.  I have gotten a few calls coming from this number (360) 474-3262 and no message is being left.  If someone who is connected with this tel number:  "PLEASE STOP"

Ive received 2 calls from this exact same number this week.  No message left.  I just called back and it said this number is temporarily not available.  I had some personal information stolen 2 weeks ago, and some accounts used fraudulently.  I'm not sure if there is a connection, but from the other posts, there may be.   If I find out its a scam, I will hunt this person or company down.

Got a call from this number and i thought i would search it. Found this site and i love that i now know i am not the only person out there who gets these kinds of calls. When i called it back there was an automated recording in an english accemt that said this number is temporarily unavailable. Please try your call again.

Received this call from my Magic Jack number, no message, just calls.... They apparently are using a dialer generator as you cannot call back nor reach anyone. No messages are left, the generator logs when it does reach a party, other than  that keeps trying different combinations to reach a person.

Received a call from this bunch of [***] today. Caller ID lists it as being from Arlington, WA. Don't bother reporting to FCC or FTC because neither will do anything. Let your elected representatives know what a fraud the no-call list really is. The illegal telemarketers know they can call with immunity because nobody takes any action. Let the politicians know. Make it a draft email and send it every day until you get a response. Hee Hee

Yep  -  call continuously, no message & I refuse to answer unidentified calls.

In some states more than 3 ph calls per day is harassment. Check with your phone co for laws in your state

This number started calling me today....I just received my 6th call.  They leave no message and when you call it back...the recording says person is unavailable.  This is so disruptive and I wish something could be done to stop these people.

We got a call today, too, but no one left a message.  Caller I.D. said "Service Call NH", not sure what they wanted and going to add them to our block list.
