Received a call, unable to get to phone; telephone message started but cut off after "this message for..." My bank does check on large amounts so could be legitimate.

I received a phone call from this number today at 11:02 and the date is 8/6/22

they have called  me several times wanting to talk about the purchases on my credit card , Which i have not had any

Responding to a post made 7 years ago? And you are suggesting this is a security check for "your bank" but not offering either a company name or a bank name. This is a Shill haunted tread and I think you are just another shill.

I received a call on a Sunday afternoon claiming to be my bank. I told them I was leary to answer this call because of fraud and the lady assured me they just wanted to verify the purchases I made on PayPal, Amazon and another one they got wrong. Like an idiot I talked with her and I know better!!! I immediately called my bank who verified no one from that institution called me . I cancelled my card and change every account information I have. So tired of this aggravating crap when it comes to protecting my money!!!!

BUT there is no unusual activity on my card, and they call me 4 to 5 times a day since yesterday. My state has a law about phone harassment. I am going to see if I can shut them down for the lies of unusual card activity and the calls.

402-609-5706 has called me 6 times in 38 hours. Claims to be from my bank due to odd activity on my card. However, as I check my account, there has been NO unusual card use, so they are telling lies. They also claim they will shut off my card if I do not work with them.
