WHY  am im getting calles from theses people when im on the do not call list

I am on the DO NOT Call telemarketer register list and this 402 number keeps calling my phone. STOP calling my damn phone!!

I received a call from them this morning to the office where I work. I agreed to take a survey but at a later time. Sure enough the lady calls me back, I ask her how long it will take, she says 7-8 minutes. Well I was timing her and was on the phone with her 12 minutes. It was your typical survey-for the USPS- basically i had to answer excellent, very good, good, satisfactory. She kept saying we were almost done but kept asking me more and more questions. I eventually just hung up on her. Felt a little bad but you know what? When you call someone's business, expecially if they are busy it's hard to sit there and take these survey's!!!!! So warning do not take these surveys unless it is slow at work, you have a ton of patience, and at least of time 15 minutes to spare answering the same questions over and over again! If they call back I am going to tell them to Take us off their list.

called at 6:33 on 5/21 and when i said hello they hung up!!!

I am writing this on behalf of my elderly parents who have received 5 calls from them since the 15th.  They continuously tell them not to call.  My parents are on the do not call list as well.  They called again tonight at 8:40, the second night in a row.  I will deal with them tomorrow.  I THOUGHT the law was after you request not to be called again, THEY CAN'T.  But apparently this law is made to be broken.  They do not know who they are dealing with, wanna play?  I'll play.  Game on tomorrow.  My parents are ready to disconnect their phone.  STOP HARASSING PEOPLE.  ISN'T THERE A FINE INVOLVED HERE WHEN YOU KEEP IT UP??? WHEN YOU ARE ASKED TO STOP.  OH HELL NO, I AM ON YOU.  GAME ON TOMORROW JERKS.

Hey "Educated Person" from your post of January 12, 2008.  Get a life!!!!!!! Not everyone wants to "participate" and when they ask not to be called, if this is such a respected occupation or organization, then they need to respect the people they are calling and stop when asked to.  Can you imagine how this comes accross when they mention your banks name?  This comes accross as a scam in this society of professional scam artists.  You too jerk, need to respect people's privacy and to leave them alone when they ask you to. If it's so legit, how about they leave THEIR home phone number and we will call them back when it works for us? And make it a toll free number jerk.

THEY Have called my mothers cell phone the past 3 days, asking who they are going to vote for, They say they are a gallop poll, which i totally think IS WRONG. No one should be calling to see who you are going to vote for.

This number keeps showing up on my cell phone, I am also on the do not call list. I have never picked up, yet they keep calling.

Tired of this number calling my cell phone.

My husband answered, the caller asked for me by my full name (maiden name + married name)which no one but my husband and myself know me by so he told the caller he had the wrong number.

Why should anyone answer calls from an unknown number.  As another poster stated, the phone is for my use and convenience not for you to contact me.

Actually, the opposite is true. If you answer, that verifies that your phone number is valid and then they will sell the number to twenty more yahoos and then your phone will ring night and day.

Called three times the past three days. I am not home to answer. Didn't leave a message. Must be very important. (rolls eyes)

person called my cell phone and said they were from Regions Bank and wanted to talk with me about my account.  They asked if I bank at the Altamonte branch and would it be okay if they asked me a few questions about my service with Regions.  I said it is NOT okay for them to call me for a survey and asked that my number be placed on a DNCL;  the person was silent, and I asked the name of their company, then the person then hung up on me.  (06/04/08 6pm)

Every since I place my cel on the no call list I have started receiving calls. It's really pissing me off.

Called 06/04/2008 5:39 Eastern, didn't get her name, asked to do a survey regarding a visit to a 5/3 Bank branch we had visited a few days prior.  Kids were crying so I asked to be put on the do not call list.  She said 5/3 really valued my opinon, I said more angryly "did you not hear me? Put me on the DNC list, I have very upset children and don't have time for this".  We were hearing sirens for a tornado watch at the time and in the middle of a violent storm. She then says she could call at a "better time".  I asked for her name and supervisor and she hung up.  Very angry with them and 5/3 Bank for disturbing me and releasing my personal banking habits (location and time I visited). Called the number back and ask to be put on the DNC and for a supervisor to call me, no one has returned my message yet.

I have  do not call on my cellular and home and I have been getting calls from 402-952-4444

keep calling but since i do not know the number i refuse to pick up.  they never leave a message.

i got a call from that number today, i called back here is what the message say: Gallup Poll organizations! http://www.gallup.com/ I left them messsage"DO not call me again and my #"  

Hope never here from them...
