Called @ dinner time.  Claimed to be the Gallup Poll.  Told them not to call again,

I'm live in North Carolina and this number has been calling me all week.

Just read another message board like this one. Looks like the banks are giving out our numbers. I'm sure it was in the fine print when we made our accounts. Lame.

My number is on the Do Not Call list but they keep calling me. I want them reported and if possible sanctioned.

We are on the US and Wisconsin No Call List and continue to receive calls from this number. We want it to stop immediately.

I get calls from 402-952-4444 - I do not answer when their number shows up on the caller ID - my understanding is that they call at different times of the day and night until they get someone to answer - that way they know when someone is at home - then they sell that info to other telemarketers and then you are bombarded with calls from these jerks. I wish TSA had control over them - a couple of good patdowns and they would stop calling me.

402-952-4444 keeps calling my salon number even tho I am registred on do not call me list.  They wont leave a message. It is so anoying! My husband is over it.

Yes "simms", it is the Gallup poll.  I called the number back and that's how I know.

Here's my question: Why are they calling cell phones and Do-Not-Call home phones? That is against the law.

I just got called by these morons too. I wish the No Call Registry worked, would be so nice to find a government agency that actually did what they promised to do and STOP THESE IDIOTS FROM CALLING ME day and night.

Received a call at 5:30pm.

Why don't you do like I do? If I don't know them I don't answer & trust me they quit pretty fast when you waste their time. I never answer a number I don't recognize or an unlisted one. I mean all you have to do is hit ignore. I got a call from the same 402 number and I've been a bank one customer for 10 years and have never asked them for a loan. In fact, I haven't been in the bank in person in over three years, so why would they call me if it was a poll about going to the bank.

402-952-4444 continus to call my salon 6 times a day. I told them i will pay my Neiman Marcus bill as soon as my exhusband pays me. They still wont quit. I am sick of it!

Just called about 10 min ago. I do not answer unknown calls.

Then these calls mess up my answering machine. No message is left. Then the noise becomes like BEEP  BEEP BEEP really loud until I turn off my machine.
I see that it is some gallup poll survey.

This  damn number keeps calling my cell phone. I don't give out my number, not unless i know the person(s).
Doesn't leave a message, just calls then hangs up.

These surveys can be the difference between an employee keeping or losing their jobs. I agree that they are annoying but sometimes Gallup conducts surveys based on your experience with a certain individual like at a bank. If you do not give them all 5's they will get reprimanded and fired after a series of what are considered bad shops. So if you are giving false answers because you are annoyed by the call realize first the impact your answers may have on someone's employment status.

We rec'd a call @ our home number...we are on the DO NOT CALL etc...

NO message was left...blah....blah...blah....

Call came in approximately 4:05 pm PST.
