They are calling my cell phone every day and I want it stopped.  I am tired of getting these and I don't know how they got my number.

Receive calls daily from this number on my office phone, recognized Gallup as a polling organization. My time and opinions have value (obviously, or they wouldn't be paid to solicit them), so I don't give them for free.  Send me a check with a survey attached and I'll answer it.

You idiot.  Gallup collects your information for resale purposes.  It is a sales call.  G-d damn what a [***].

I hope you feel the same way next time you receive sub par service at your bank or next time your at lunch waiting in line for service. You have a very overly value of your opinions. Karma!d4

No one needs to conduct a survey to know what good service is.

I asked them to stop calling and they told me to "GO [***] MYSELF" and hang up

Kept calling no message left.

Get calls from this number just about every day, sometimes twice a day! Have not answered and will not answer. Have no business with this number.

Wish I had some electronic device I could blast through the phone that would fry their device.  Maybe then, just maybe they would get the message about this annoying unwanted, and costly phone call.

I think they want be reached every citizens at least 12 times in their life. Recently I am receiving calls every day my cell telephone, and this is complying about last 4 years. Nobody cares about it. What I do, I always read BIBLE portion for them when they calls me.

I've had 2 missed calls from this number on my cell phone. It's a fairly new cell and nobody (other than family * friends) have the number. This is why i hate Metropcs because they recycle your number and i keep getting all these weird numbers showing up

Have been receiving calls -- at least daily -- from this number for the past week.  Just had one at 9 PM!!  

If this is the best our erstwhile government can do after one has placed their name and ALL PHONE NUMBERS ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, then how can we expect them to come close to providing HEALTHCARE.  Scam calls are up, and they really seem to be increasing!!

The invention of robo-calling made it certain that no one's number was safe. So, whether this is a legitimate Gallup Poll call or something else, you can be called. Furthermore, if someone was not making money from the scams racket, the whole business would have collapsed a long time ago. -- As to the calls at odd hours of the night, that just tells me that the robo-calling machine operators think that you will be fooled into thinking the call has to do with an emergency with a loved one and pick it up. -- Check your caller ID. If you see a name and number you don't recognize, don't pick up the call! Don't push any numbers, either. Hang up!

Folks, let's try this one more time. The National do not call list does not pertain to pollster companies like Gallup. The phone numbers show up on a computer screen with no control by the interviewer. A little behind the scenes information. Gallup pays for production only meaning if you go into work for 6 hours and don't hit expectations of quota you do not get paid or you only get paid for partial production. The head of interviewers is a lady at Gallup named Jean Flott. You can call Gallups main number and ask for Jeans mailbox and leave your comments. Quota for Gallup runs something like this to make it easy say you make a wage of 16.00 an hour. If the quota for getting surveys was 4 an hour than you get 4.00 a survey. If you only get 1 survey an hour you get 4.00, 2 surveys 8.00, 3 surveys 12.00 and 4 surveys 16.00 an hour. Gallup interviewers are monitored on every call for language, politeness, etc. I'm not saying it doesn't happen but if you get cursed at or hung up rudely than call the Gallup number and report it. They will lose their job on the spot.
