Received a call from this number a few minutes ago, looked it up here. I do have a Wells account and recenty hospital outpatient surgery. However, if it is a legitimate customer service survey it should leave a message if it gets an answering machine. In my view it is not a legitimate way of doing business to fail to leave a message. So, banks or hospitals or whoever, if you are reading this, you need to give better instructions to your contractor. I am not answering the call if they call again, either.

I've been getting calls from this # almost everyday. I don't know who it is because I don't answer since there is no caller id. Whoever it is, they never leave a message. This is harrassment & I'm tired of them calling me! Please post something if you know who this is or how to stop their calls!

I had my first baby a few weeks ago & received a survey call about my hospital stay experience. That company (can't remember who it was) did leave a voicemail, so I know that was legit. This stupid 402 # is probably not a legit company since they never leave messages.

I wish they would "gallop" right off a cliff.

I have been getting call from this number on my cell phone. I even registered it with the no call list. What ever happened to that list that nobody is using?

They call at all times of the day, never relenting. I want the calls to stop!

Phone screen displayed GALLUP ORG and this number. I let it go to answer but no message was left. I have no reason to suspect the caller is anyone other than Gallup, but I have chosen not to participate in national or local surveys of public sentiment and will continue not to answer if they call again.

They called at 5:17pm - they hung up and called again at 5:18pm.  Actually, I thought this was a legit call but after reading posts here, apparently not.

Panasonic has a new phone that blocks 250 callers.  I have blocked their future calls.

For my business lines, I have the Digitone Call Blocker.  This little device blocks individual numbers and can BLOCK ENTIRE AREA CODES!  Currently, I have 37 area codes blocked.                       SWEET!!!

Both my home phone and the Digitone Blocker blocks "out of area" & "private" calls.  Neither my office nor my home phone rings when a blocked call comes in.

They called me last night at 8:48pm and I have just received another call from them. They need to be stopped.

They called 22 August 2013 at 7:12 PM PDT. The caller ID said, "GALLUP ORGANIZA". I did not answer, because I was suspicious that they were not the real Gallup. I did not have time to look up the number on my computer before the answering machine picked up. They did not leave a message, which is suspicious.

I had been to Wells Fargo yesterday to add a savings account for my college son, so it was probably a legitimate service quality survey. BUT, if they were legitimate, why didn't they leave a callback number so I could answer the QA questions?

I won't report them on the Do Not Call list yet, but we'll see if they keep trying.

Called by this number on 8/23/2013 at 1630 hrs.  Caller presented themselves as a Regions Bank bank representative and said they were calling to follow up on a charge on my check card.  Problem is they called about an address and city I have not lived in since 1990.  Total Frauds.  I reported the number to Regions Bank.

I answered the second time this number called.  Just a customer service survey from Gallup about my bank to get feedback on their employees. Caller was very polite and asked no personal information.

This didn't work for me. They called my cell phone. No message. I called them back, pressed #1 as directed,  and left a message demanding that they remove my number from their list. They have called my cell every single day since then!  I just ignore their calls - never answer - never call back. Scum!

By the way, their recording said they were Gallup Polling - but now that I see all these responses saying it's Wells Fargo - makes me wonder. I have been harassed on my home phone by Wells Fargo with 72 calls since Aug. 19th, at all hours, several calls a day. Caller ID shows OREGON - then variations of the same number - all identified on the internet as Wells Fargo. All my phones are on all the DNC lists and I have never had any associatin whatsoever with Wells Fargo. Needless to say, their tactics have now ensured that I never will. They can call me til I die or they do - I will NEVER answer!

Do not call my phone number again. It is on the do not call list in Washington DC

Do not ask me questions....unless I am highly paid for a survey, and I have verified who is calling, have in writing what I will be paid and when, do not waste my time or yours take my number and name off of your list immediately.

I am receiving calls from this number every few days.
