I got a call from a Mr. West 678-279-5840. He said documents were ready to be sent to my local county court in AL. Thinking it was legit he offered a payment arrangement in 4 installments to cover the debt in biweekly installments. A day later in 4 separate transactions they cleaned every bit of my checking account out. Hopefully my bank will refund me on the charges which I disputed. I believe I will be suing because apparently it is a $1000 violation everytime a debt collector shirks on a requested post-dated transation. And they violated this 4 times. Also contacted the BBB, FTC, The AL attorney general and am wondering if there is any agency in GA I should report to as these crooks are based in ATL metro,

I also had dealings with Mr West. I had agreed to a one-time payment only, but these thieves have taken from my debit card twice.  They even tried more times but no funds were there , thank God.  DO NOT GIVE your financial info to them or you will be scammed like I was.  I have to file disputes, file with Atty General, FTC and anyone else I can. BTW: they were trying to charge $1000 for a balance owed of $300.

I got a call from 888-415-6429 .. they called my uncle saying that i had check fraud and that i had to pay them. this debt is not on my credit report at all. has anyone ever dealt with this company? i don't even know the name of the company. what should i do to report them?

I got a call from Nathanial Williams 678-964-2333 for a payday loan from 2006; he told me either I pay the amount in full today or they are turning it over to the attorney general and a arrest warrant will be issued for me. He told me that they will come to my house and arrest me in front of my kids, neighbors. or come to my work and arrest me in front of my co-workers and how terrible would that be.
I told him what I could do and he kept putting me on hold and saying he was talking to the attorney or he was talking to the client. I asked him to let me talk to the clients and of course was told this is not how this works.
I understand they cannot arrest me for this or can they? Please Help..

Report them to the Georgia Department of Consumer Affairs and the Federal Trade Commission for making illegal threats. And, retain a consumer law attorney and go after them.

I got this call,ignored it like  jack-ass,and wound up in the Pinellas County Jail for a month for not paying off my bad checks.Just pay,stop being foolish,
