You gave to be charged with a crime & convicted to do time. Being a deadbeat is a civil offence. Hiwever if you intentionally passed bad checks, then the state might file a lawsuit against you. I got a call from this company, Kemper & Assoc. An investigator. Ms. Williams & said if she did not hear from me she would turn over papers to D.A. called & they had wong person. Idiot.
