I got this SAME EXACT message. So annoying.

I just got a call from this number.  They left me a voice mail message.  Telling me that they can lower my interest rate on my credit card since i'm only making the min monthly payment. They didn't say our name in the message or tell us who they are.  We don't have credit cards so why are they calling us ?!  Also this is my cell phone that they are calling.  We are on the do not call list.

Ashley Martin left me a message and said the same stuff.....she's getting back with me....bull crap.

Is this against the law?

I got a call for 406-351-4172 on my cell 6/23 @ 11:30 AM CDT.  Who is this?

Repeated phone calls to my cell phone.
Never leaves a message

What happens is a few months ago you must have first received a phone call and the caller just said "hello" then hung up.  This qualifies as a conversation to make their future calls 'legal'.  I just got the "sorry I'm late getting back to you" call to which I hung up...  Since it is a recorded message not much I can do.

Is it possible to block calls from this number?

I also got the same voice mail on my cell phone.   Man's voice saying he was getting back to me with information on lowering my credit card rates.  Caller ID says Forsyth, MT.

Call to my cell phone voice mail from a mortgage broker.  Totally unknown to me, and unwanted by me.

Same message, credit card scammer, if I could just get a hold of him in person for about three minutes.

I got this call at 12:16 PM EST. I'm only 15 and I got this call?! What the heck...
(well, reading from the comments here, it's some mortgage company. and i saw the call as a missed call on my cell)

Keep getting these jokers calling me at all times.  Sometimes they leave a message and sometimes they don't.  It started as soon as I signed up for my first credit card...  I've only bought gas once on my new card and yet these people keep telling me they can lower my interest rates and since I've only been making minimum payment (I haven't made even one payment yet...) this should help.

I have received the same call from 406-351-4172 about lower my interest rates.

I politely asked them what company that they worked for and they would not tell me.

STAY AWAY!  This is very likely a credit card phishing scam.  They are simply trying to get a hold of your credit card numbers.

I called the 1-800 number Miss "Ashley Martin" left in my voicemail and told them to put me on their "Do not call" list, the receptionist who answered was pleasant enough about it and said she blocked my number - but she knew right away who had left the message and I never said!!

Numerous voice messages left on Sunday and 4:55 a.m. on Monday.  No one is on the line when the phone is answered.

Mortgage/Credit Card Refinance, according to Message.  Also, she says this will be the last 'courtesy call' i receive...we'll see how that goes!  BE CAREFUL when you go online to check real estate values-- the info i plugged in has resulted in multiple persistent calls from all kinds of home maintenance, refi, and credit consolidation companies--3 months later they're still trying--each one implying that i requested the call--BULL!

Mine was, "Hey there, this is Rick Johnson, sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you about that credit card..." (I don't know what came after "credit card" because I hung up.) I tried to call back to be removed, but got an 'all circuits are busy' message.

i got a text on my ipod from this person and all it says is "Just called you at your textfree number." and it won't let me text back because it is not a valid us mobile number
