- MR. HILL| 5 repliesTimesharehotlist.com is a great company and do a great job at getting me renters every year. The problem these days is people are cheap and are trying to make a dollar out of nothing. In this world you should know that it takes money to make money and you should stop being cheap and put trust into Timesharehotlist they are great... O and by the way when you sell or rent go with the "Platinum Package" that gets you priority exposure at trade shows.. I give them an A+
- MR. HILLAnd by the way, Zamir signed me up and he did a great job, just cause you got burned by someone else don't mean you should make him wear the black eye for what someone else did to you, he is a great person and I really got good results from working with him.

- Indy replies to ResearcherThey take your money and you never hear from them or any leads of them selling your timeshare. They bury it in their website and they are not the ones that sell it you are. They charge you $695 to advertise your time share thats it they are scammers......
- scammedWe listed in April for $1,000 for VIP advertising and assurance it would sell w/i 90 days and 4 months later haven't heard a thing. The guy told me he was a retired pastor of an Assemblies of God church and he would never scam us. He said they are approved by the BBB. What can I do to get my money back.
- sandra replies to indy| 7 repliesi've been getting calls to sell or rent my timeshar. the guy i spoke said he was fromt century 22 marketing and told me that his business was in the web-timesarehotlist.com. He asked me to be a memeber with about $600.00 something bucks and that I would get a large summ amount of money to rent my timeshare.I wonder if it's legitimate because it sounds good.
- Deanna replies to sandra| 4 repliesNo its a scam. I have filed a complaint with the BBB

- lamet replies to ALEX| 27 repliesIn most cases where the majority of postings are complaints against the business - the employees are trolling the complaint boards looking for valid complaints against them and the company
the employees then post claiming to be happy customers..
What they fail to realize is that most people only come here when they have received unwanted calls from telemarketers. Happy customers would have no reason to even look at this complaint board at all. - Jack replies to Deanna| 2 repliesCan you give me more information - just got a call and they are claiming they are at trade show in Orlando and will give a money back guarantee or $2500 cash payment if not sold in 180 days. Lots of fast talking and it sounds too good.
- DEBBIE replies to lamet| 25 repliesThat is not the case...anyone who lists their timeshare should look at all sights concerning the company. Unfortunately, there are lots of rip-offs out there and people get taken. I just hope Time Share Hotlist is not one of them. If they are, everyone who they've ripped off should file with the BBB.
- Peter S replies to Happy Customer| 20 repliesMy mother was taken by these con artists who claim to be legit. $1200! The clown she did business with told her that the prices on their website were "the old prices" ($659 & $959) and that she had to pay the new price to get her timeshare listed. They NEVER claim they can sell it, just MARKET it. Hell, a chimpanzee could do that! When I looked at her contract it stated that in order for this company to "market it until it is sold," she would have to call them and remind them every 90 days to continue to market it!!! WHY? Don't they keep track of their inventory. NOOOO! Mom actually has a great timeshare, but she got sucked in with the the CLAIM timeshare hot list makes of its ability to get "developer prices for it." Yeah, and I got a bridge in NY I want to sell. It's REAL ESTATE! NO UP FRONT FEES ARE REQUIRED TO SELL REAL ESTATE, no matter what the excuse is they give you...."oh, we can't pt a real estate sign outside of your timeshare." PLEASE! My mom got taken, don't you get sucked in. ALL timeshare re-sale companies are notorious for NOT getting the job done, no matter where they are located, and no matter what their song & dance is. For you mom, and all the other moms out there.
- E Armst replies to Megan| 1 replyTheir employees are mostly x-cons so you go figure it out. Ask to see the Scar Face and Pulp Fiction posters in the sales/telemarketing area....STOP GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY! YOU CAN NOT RE-SELL YOUR TIME SHARE. You bought "the dream." Re-sales is "the nightmare."
- Todd| 1 replyTimeshare Hotlist Is a Scam I will say it again It is a SCAM!!!! They Lie over the phone and tell you that "THEY" sell your timeshare or rent it. Like they are brokers. When you give them your info and file all of the paper work with them you will see in the fine print they only advertise. THEY DO NOT SELL OR RENT FOR YOU!!!! They do not like to pay back any advetising costs even if you have been told or garented a sale by a certain time. I listed with them In orlando at what they claimed was a hot spot for sales. They garented a sale withing 90 days and its been 9 months and still no sale. They also will not let me speak with my sales man "Paul" hes always busy and will call me back!!! Its 6 months later!!!!
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- Caller: Timeshare Hotlist
- Call type: Telemarketer
- BOB replies to Paul Walsch| 3 repliesOkay, I did just check the BBB and they have 13 complaints (mostly unresolved). They aren't listed under their alias, they're listed under Century 22 Marketing. I knew they were conning me 2 minutes into the conversation!
- BOB replies to Timeshare Owner| 2 repliesWow, you're not an employee are you??? Your name should be "Completely Transparent"
