Don't be fooled by the way thl does business. The owners are very crafty. They have no morals or respect for nobody. The person that you spoke with Jose. The owners let the employees do what they want there.

THL is a scam all the way around. They get customer to sign up with them and promise them this 180 day Guarantee that the property will get rented or sold. They do not have a Travel Department that really handles all of that. They have a person who looks on Craigs list and find people who are looking to use a timeshare for a low price, they then contact the owners via email and make them feel like they have a rental offer for them with a price that is around 400.00. As long as they send u a rental offer they have done their job. It do not matter if u except the offer or not. That is how they are able to keep your money.

Don't forget to add that they avoid all off the clients calls who are wanting to cancell within 3 business days. They also have the Customer service department lie to the customer saying It may take 30 days before a refund is processed. Once the 30 days has gone by they push it back again. That company is the worse ever.

I received this call on my MagicJack which is only used for family members.  If their names don't pop up, I don't answer them.
