i was hired by this company which for the short time i did notice that they do get rentals done.my job was going to be bringing on new employees, thank god i left the company treats their employees like      the general manager tells them they suck at there job during his meeting he cursed and dropped the f      the whole time. if they do not get the sales expected from them they fire them in two weeks instead of training them. also the general manager made many    ual comments to the female staff. it is not a great work place.most employees i spoke to said they will leave when they can find a better job i hope they do. the music they play is all rap music full of curses i guess thats where the low life general manager gets it.and the owners put up with his     . I am reporting them to the labor board and have one of there meetings which was my first and last recorded.

Yes, this company is a scam! I received a call from Shane who told me he has a buyer for 156,000 of my timeshare pts. for $15,000. All I had to do is sign up and pay them $1,500 up front and another $1,500 when the deal is closed. He promissed a check to me within 3 weeks. Guess what? The check never arrived. Go figure! I tried calling Shane to tell him I was coming to meet him. The secretary would not put my calls through to him stating that since the sale was done, I could speak only to a customer service rep. Two years have passed and they stilll haven't sold my pts. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and the local police dept. Shane if you read this I hope we can meet face-to-face some day.

richard zackary has called us 20 times. we were finally considering letting him rent our timeshare fior 1600 dollars a week im so glad i found this sight with all the complaints iwont answer when ge calls again. owning a timeshare is bad enough withoutoosing moe money to another scam. thank you all..... Stop lying, they don't help anyone. Anyone who is looking to get their money back contact the attorney general in Florida, this company needs to be raided and shut down. you'll be surprised what u find on some of the employees.

That's not true, some people just like to read up on a company and what is said about them. The person could actually have had a good report with the company

Is there a company that is legit?  I also would like to know who to check with:  I will call the Attorney Generals office, the Department of Ag and the Florida Trade Commission.  I would like to find out if there is a company out there that won't rip me off.

just got finished talking to these people. they take no money up front for the listing BUT you need to have an appraisal done that they will arrange for $499.00. I want the names of all the officers for both companys and are any of them related? Also, their license is in Fl.. Can they sell a time share in LA. with this?

TSHL is indeed a scam. As soon as Desmond Newman gat my money I never heard from him again. That was in August 2011.  My calls were transferred to some other person who says that Newman was promoted and who will look into the matter but I must be patient. I'venever heard from them since. They surely made a fool of me. Isn't this stealing really? You promise to do something that you really have no intention to do in exchange for my money? STAY AWAY FROM DESMOOND NEWMAN AND TSHL. I might have been a fool for letting them scam me, but anyone who thinks they are legit is the bigger fool.

If you have a bridge to sell, call them back and ask them to sell it for you.

I am curious about why the lender did not actively come after you through a collection agency, get a judgment and pursue collection through garnishment.

The Owner is ALLAN Perdomo.  Go to www.sunbiz.org [removed:lang] He is firing everyone if they do not get at least 3500 a week in sales.  THEY NEVER SOLD ANYTHING.  Appraisals are illegal in florida.  It doesnt matter when you contracted with them call your credit card company.  Dont even call them.  They will tell you everything you want to hear.  If everyone calls their credit card company and request a refund due to fraud they will not be able to accept credit cards anymore and they will be out of business and away from the public for good!

I listed with timeshare hotlist like 3 years ago and still nothing! And its westgate lakes an amazing resort!  they are a scam!

Nice post "happy customer" however they are a joke and this is obviously a THL rep. I am reporting them to BBB as we speak because of their lies, shady practices, and inability to do ANYTHING for my property. They don't honor their contracts and they are scam artists.

Called wanting someone else.  Told he had wrong number.  He said he was sorry, then wanted to know the phone number he called.  Woulnd't tell him.  Then he went on to talk about his time share rental & sales crap.  Said not interested as he kept on & on & hung up on him.

They keep calling I never answer. I wih these people would fall off a cliff! Sooooo annoying

want to get fired from your job?, have your paycheck bounce and then tell fellow co - workers. then the owners get scared the others find out the real problem.
