- BOB replies to MR. HILL| 4 repliesMr Hill, better known as "employee", why don't you explain why they state they are a BBB member with a perfect record, yet, they show up with a C-, 13 complaints and it indicates that they aren't accredited. You are a fraud!!
- STEVEN FOUNTAIN replies to indy| 9 repliesWe contacted by TSHL. And took them up on their offer to find out that there were 278 for rent. And all were on an offer basis. We cancelled within the time frame. Only to try to find out more about the rental company. Would like to know more! Thanks Steve
- zorrorepeated calls asking if I want to sell or rent my timeshare. I DO NOT WANT THESE CALLS.
- Joe replies to Peter S| 9 replieshow long has your mom had her property in THL inventory?
- Paul Gorden replies to STEVEN FOUNTAINI've had my Orange Lake Property in their renal program or two years and received the offers just like I was promised. the large number of rentals is because its a lifetime rental program. So obviously they would have a lot of rentals.
- Peter S replies to Joe| 8 repliesMy mother is going through this group of advocates in order to recover her money.

There is nothing further I am at liberty to say about the case.
May all the timeshare resale companies be damned! - Peter S replies to STEVEN FOUNTAIN
- Peter S replies to JOHN| 2 repliesNo. That's not why they bad mouth resale companies. They bad mouth them because there is no secondary market for resale and if there were, and the company was really "selling" the timeshare, they would need real estate licenses. There is no secondary timeshare market!
http://www.auditrecoverysystems.vpweb.com/ - Skeptical| 3 repliesA man named Jeff claimed to be from Timeshare Hotlist. He said they wanted to used our spacebanked week in January for corporate guests of the PGA Expo in Orlando. He then asked what type of timeshare we owned but I would not give out that information. He said I could check the Timeshare Hotlist website to see their positive feedback from the PGA, then gave me an 866 number to call him back. Instead, I checked the PGA Expo website and found this statement:
PLEASE NOTE: Our hotel rates can only be booked through Official Housing powered by Travel Technology Group. If you are contacted by other companies to make your bookings, be aware they are not reputable companies endorsed by PGA Merchandise Show management.- Caller: Century 22 Mark

- Ms Flamingo replies to Peter S| 1 replyIt is not traditonal real estate!! You own time on someone elses property
even if you do have a deed or a lease...you do not own property!! No advertising and marketing firm can take out commission on the back end like a realtor, its against the law! You cannot expect someone to market and advertise your timeshare for free...yeah you and your chimpanzee try to sell that timeshare on your own..good luck....please use a little common sense! - Ms Flamingo replies to Peter S| 3 replieshttp://www.auditrecoverysystems.vpweb.com/
this company is ripping you off too!! If they get your money back then
they are going to take 50%..OMG everybody is ripping off timeshare owners.
And it started at the resort where you bought the timeshare when you went on the tour with the slick talking sales person...blah blah blah they laugh all the way to the bank and make huge commissions for that sale. Timeshares are a ripoff!! - David| 5 repliesYep... Timeshare Hotlist is another one of those scams that probably won't be in business long. They are probably right up there with Resort Equity Marketing. They buy listings from public records of timeshare sales, and then call people trying to solicit them to sell their timeshares, and ask you to pay an up front fee for managing your business.
Unfortunately for them, they are in blatant violation of the FEDERAL do not call regulations. I have never done business with them, they are not collecting a debt, and are not affiliated with a political or non-profit organization. So they are supposed to check the DNC list BEFORE making calls to solicit business.

- al replies to BOBfirst of all the BBB is the biggest scam out there. they charge thousands of dollars to be acreditied. this means you can buy a good grade. think about that. how good is someone that can be bought. so if you are going by what the BBB says your an idiot. you people bought the timeshares deal with it......stop making every company out there the bad guy.
- get over it replies to David| 4 repliesdavid, david, david......stop your crying. how do you know they are a scam. you people get screwed by someone so you blame everyone. its very typical and pathetic. very sad that people are scamming everyone, but even worse that the companies that try to do right get screwed also. if you got a phone deal with the calls.....or just disconnect it.
- telemarketers-r-scum replies to get over it| 1 replyYOU and YOUR COMPANY are violating the law (the TCPA in particular) by the very way you "market" your "services". Anyone with half a brain can correctly conclude that a company that violates the law is NOT WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH.
You insist you're not running a FILTHY SCAM?
Methinks you doth protest too much LOL
Now get some rest, it's Sunday, so you can start your stint in the boiler room tomorrow all bright and alert and ready to STEAL MONEY! Maybe you can get some new victims to blame! - Allan| 1 replyI'm 2008 we where contacted by Timeshare hotlist abot rent our timeshare. They said they could rent it for us no problem at all. I was just a one time fee of $700-$800 and if they could not rent we would get our money back. I sounded to easy thats when I should have hung up the phone, but I decided to give them a try. Well 14 months later I have not recieved one email, call or letter from them. To me if they were asking to much they should have call and said "We thing you should lower your price. If I could just get my money back that would be great. So to sum it one in one sentance. "Not do it, go some where else."
- RON GILES replies to TW| 5 repliesYou don't know what you're talking about. Sold mine in 39 days. It is a for sale by owner. They got me 3 offers and I sold all 3 great offers too.
