 Received a telemarketing scam call from this number on Friday March 7th 2014.  The automated call gave me a PIN number of 319 to give to a representative when I pressed 1 to speak to a vacation rep.  The rep identified herself as Tasha with "USA Travel Services" and attempted to sell me a "free" Florida vacation for up to four people with a 90 minute tour of the vacation resort in either Orland or Miami with an upfront cost for 398.00.  She asked only for my age and credit card number.  I told her I had a friend and Florida and spent quite a few minutes explaining why I went to my friend's wedding in Florida and how long it was.  Then I proceeded to talk to her about the tv show Burn Notice which I told her she should watch.  But she said she only watches reality shows.  Too bad she didn't realize I was burning her as the conversation went back around to her asking for my credit card information in which I told her "my parents cut up my credit card".  She replied with a disgusted "Oh God" and hung up.

I have been able to identify the company that is making these unwanted calls (I am registered on the DNC list) as American Travel Partners Inc.  The complaints against this company are for illegal telemarketing and the same scam pitch that I received where the victim is sold a "free vacation after attending a 90 minute seminar etc" and has to pay an upfront cost.  

Please report American Travel Partners Inc to the Florida State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission DNC Complaint site, and the Florida Division of Consumer Services to have these individuals reported, investigated, and shut down.  Here is their information:

Called my cell phone today. Left a message. Selling vacations. Gave a reservation number to use. Said press 1 if interested and press 2 if no interest. .............. I also am on the do not call list.

Just got called by this number at 10:20am.  I did not pick up.

bad # came to my cell and call back from land line...it was a scam of sorts

My Samsung phone has no "block" option.  I put the number with a "no ringer" option so it doesn't ring and when I see it I simply dismiss the call.

Call blocked on my cell phone by app because # was not in my contact list. From comments below I did not miss anything.`

I'm wondering if this is Wyndom resorts??? There another 407 annoying number from them. Do any of you have a time share with them. I don't answer numbers I don't know and they never leave a message.

Got a call from this one at 2:15 pm dst.  Hit the entry on my call log, and got the message that my call could not be completed as dialed.  Most likely a spoofed number.  Like another respondent, I also have family in FL and worry when I see a number from that area code in my caller ID.
My cell is on the do not call list, so this scammer is in violation

I don't answer unknown or blocked numbers. If it's an emergency, they'll leave a VOICEMAIL. That's what VM is for. These 'marketing firms' with their scams and computer robo calls can go €#$&% themselves. Have a nice day!

Second time I get a call from this number to my California cell phone number in a month. They left no voicemail.

407-934-3451 called my CELL 2 5:22 PM (AZ Time) Mar 10, 14- did not answer as I have taken to not answering unfamiliar / out of local area codes calls, thank you 800 note folks .

I received a call but it did not ring. No message was left. I have family in Orlando and thought I should try it back. The number could not be completed as dialed. I hate that. I too am on a do not call list.

I am also on the do not call cell list and got a call this morning around 8am. No voicemail was left and it said Buena Vista FL was where the call originated.  I can also block a few numbers on Verizon but they drop off after a few months I believe and you have to put them in again and like someone else pointed out, the callers change numbers.
