When I receive phone calls from this company, I tell them I'm not interested and please don't call back. they continue to keep calling.  Sometimes when I answer my phone, the caller does not say anything.

calling me 2-3xs a day, Directtv is a piece of crap. They treat current customers like sh*t. Harrassing us until we answer. Screw off Directtv. I already told your C/S people to leave me the hell alone and keep me on the DO NOT F*** with me List, No A**hole i dont want your current promotion EVER.... R u Deaf?

they are calling three times a day.  i just do not answer.

I know who this outfit is, DirecTv.  I got a second call on 11-13-11, 12:31 p.m.  Tomorrow I'm going to fire a missile up their poop chute and put an end to this nonsense.  Thanks to all my fellow posters and this great web site.

410 774-8549 calls once or twice daily never leaves a message.  I would think Direct TV would have more respect for their customers......or do they fill we can't do anything about it.

One blast up the main channel should really get somebody's attention....

I have been receiving numerous phone calls from 410-774-8549.  Only once did I manage to answer before the caller disconnected.  It was early on a Sunday morning, when I was with family.  He identified himself as being with Directv and wanted to offer me some special services or packages.  I told him I was not interested.  The other calls have rang once or twice, then disconnected with no message left.
If these calls are being made by some representative of your company, you'd better GET IT STOPPED.  If it doesn't stop and I determine it is your company harassing me, you will lose me as a customer.
This is a despicable business practice, if it is Directv.
STOP IT!  STOP IT!
Please respond to let me know that you have taken action to STOP IT, or to let me know that it is not directv, in which case I will probably involve my states attorney general and/or the phone company to determine who it is and STOP IT!

I have received calls for 3 days from the 410 number  and so I called the 800 number and told them I had cancelled DirecTV so I dont understand why they keep on calling me.  The lady said it was because I cancelled and the automated number was reminding me to send back the receivers. Well, that isn't the reason, because I got the call BEFORE I cancelled.  I told the lady do not be giving me a "general response".  Take me off that mailing list because I know it is a promotional number.  Those of you that have said that it is promotional are right because  when I called back that number the first time, it did say you do qualify for a promotion and we would like to talk to you.  DirecTV has major problems with Customer Service, I have truly found this out.    I am glad I decided to cancel.  What a racket!

They call me every single day and I am so sick of it! They never leave a message and nobody is ever there if I do pick up.

I usually just hang up on them.  If there is no ID and I don't know them I pick and then hang up.
