Just received a call from 412-803-9151 and caller ID lists PNC Bank.  I do have an acct with PNC so it it was a legitimate call they should have left a message but didn't.  Will have to go online and block all calls.  Can't even allow your bank access to your phone number without being harassed!

Just rec'd a call from this number - husband picked up and talked to them, He thinks it's legit, said they wanted him to go into the bank and discuss various accounts etc with them. You bet I'll be calling PNC tomorrow to verify whether this is real or not! Stay tuned...

Caller left phone number showing PNC bank out of Pittsburgh, PA, however when I tried to return the call there was a recording that stayed on the whole time and no one ever did answer the phone.  Did not understand why a bank from PA was calling

Caller ID said PNC Bank so I picked up. Mis-pronounced my husband's name which is a red flag. Rattled off something that included the word "recorded" or "recording" and when I asked him to repeat himself he just said "I'm calling from PNC Bank" and then when I asked for the rest of the sentence he went silent and would not answer my hellos. Either it is a very lifelike bot or a scam artist. I plan to report this to PNC.

I contacted PNC on Facebook and gave them the link to here, told them they need to call security or someone to put a stop to it. When the call came to me, I didn't get to the phone in time and my recorder picked it up, with that, the caller hung up. I do have caller id, tried calling back, but was put on hold forever.

Received two separate calls from 855-866-6958 & 412-803-9151, both showing up as PNC Bank on caller id.  The 1st number left a voice mail saying PNC Bank. The lady stated she was calling from PNC Bank about activity on my card ending in ***.  She sounded American.  I called the number on the back of my card & learned that IT WAS NOT PNC Bank that had called me.  PNC would never leave any kind of information on a voice mail, such as the last four of any debit card.  The rep I talked to checked all of my accounts just to make sure & told me PNC hadn't called me & my accounts were fine.

PNC Bank calling about someone's bank account? Aware if Database Breach of PNC Bank... My humble opinion - yell the Bank Goons to change their number is also hacked! LMAO ONE BANK NOT TO HAVE!

Calls periodically throughout the afternoon, several times a month. Never leaves a message. Number displays but caller id does not. I do not answer numbers I am unfamiliar with. Based on the information here, I phoned my local PNC whom we are friends with the manager. I am told NOT to give them any information. PNC will ALWAYS leave you a message IF they call you. They never just hangup without one. Block them if possible on your phone. I will be.

Received call today from this #. The man was very hesitant on the phone, I had to say hello 3 times before he talked. Wanted to "pencil me in" for an appointment at my local PNC bank to see if I am getting the most out of my account and if my info is all up to date.

Left no message. Phony caller id, not PNC Bank... Claim they don't make these calls

The called my phone I did not respond, but I have picked up before.  It is PNC bank wanting you to make an appointment to go into the bank and make sure you accounts are giving you the services that you need.  I already told them I was not interested, because if I want other services I can just walk into a local branch, don't need someone trying to force me to go into the bank.

they are very persistent, the woman that called me before sound like she was going to cry.  I dread telemarketers.

Won't find much more helpless than a telemarketer that gets no kind of answer at all from the numbers they call. You can usually make short work of them that way, too, along with having some patience.

PNC called AGAIN! Must be the 3rd time this week.  They want to give me a credit card but I don't want there credit cards!  I politely told them that I wasn't interested but they haven't stopped so I blocked them!

THIS IS ACTUALLY PNC!  It's not spam at all.  These are relationship consultants who are calling the customers to see if they have any needs, or if they're interested in scheduling a financial review in the branch.  Not spam, just your bank, so be nice and answer!
