I received the same call, but the message was left on my supervisor's voicemail.  This is the second time people with this type scam have tried to contact me.  This time when I called them back the lady on the other end of the phone called me an MFer and then she told me that I was full of BS.

A foreign person who can barely speak english who either leaves messages or threatens and says someone is going to come to your home an arrest you. when I tried to explain the person they were looking for does not work there any longer, he called back 10x in a row. The threats are what is wrong and this same person has called at least once a month with threats about something asking for people who don't work at my company - the police are coming; you are going to be arrested...blah, blah....

My husband and I have gotten calls for the past three weeks from this same number first they were offering us a loan and then they called back and said that the were with a legal action law firm and that they were coming to my house to arrest my husband for Fraud (which in that mattet we never had a payday loan) and thay the police would be at my house 15-30 minutes amd that he would spend 15 days in jail but the thing about all tbis [***] is is that they are scammers but in all honesty they had me terrified and they would not give me any information they said that they had a warrant out for my husband. so please people dont accept any calls from this number415-295-5685 and supposidly the attorney that called me was from a woman named Michelle Brown.

This company claiming to be a payday lender is a scam. They tell you that there is a $100 fee that must be put on a prepaid card and then they take the money and tell you its another $360 or you won't get the loan. They called themselves The First Financial

I just got a call from this 415-295-5685  her name was Jessica, and thick accented . I didn't answer but then my office phone rang, and it was the same number. I TOO HAVE NO Loans out there anywhere. This is crazy. Her message was pretty much the same as everyone elses ending with, we wish you luck, you are going to need it. I need to know who to report this too, and the number or website if anyone has them. GRRR that infuriated me.

I received the same call from 415-295-5685 telling me that I had 3 lawsuits filed against me... I for what and who was it calling me. The gentlement name Getti foreign accent and he told me he didn't know and that I needed to speak to my attorney.  I asked him for what I haven't done anything illegal or wrong and he told me he didn't know and that he could not speak on it.  I said if you can't speak on it what the heck you call me for.  I told him to stop playing games with me and I will sue him for harrasment, this man has called my phone between 5 to 7 times and when I try and call back there is no answer or it just rings...

Said I needed to pay for a payday loan that I never took out and that I owed 4000.00 and the phone calls keep coming in they have even called my work. Getting really ticked off with these people.

A man name Stewart Austin wit a terrible accent harrasing me with calls saying Me or my attorney need to call dept of legal affairs and investigation in California which I've never been to California. He has my last 4 ss# and says I have a legal matter against me there and if he dnt hear from me the only thing he can do is wish me good luck as the situation improves on me. They are terrible and very misunderstandable. I had to replsy messages over and over to understand. He called this morning and I answerered so when I call the number he gave me no one answered. Dont they got some better to do calling me in the fourth of july when my kids and I are trying to go see fireworks.... scammers. Please get these people.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

They have been doing it to me as well.  They're calling my office and cell phone.  I yelled at the guy and told him sue away because I never took any loan and then he hung up.   How do I stop the calls on my cell?

I received such a call, when I asked what company was accusing me of not paying the hung up on me.

This same number keep calling me i don't know how he got my cell number or my work number he speaks with a foregin accent the number is 415-295-5685

This same number keeps calling me too i have block them from cell phone and they are calling my job i don't know they got the number

I keep getting calls from this number from someone with a heavy indian or Pakistani accent saying they are calling from some legal affairs office trying to get my attorney information, its all a scam but they are so annoying

they just called me and told me the same thing and read off my ssn. what do I do?

This phone number left me a voicemail threatening my husband on my cell phone. Basically saying my husband or his attorney needed to call them back, Said do not disregard this message. Also threatened us by saying 'if I do not hear from you or your attorney all I can say is I wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you.; Dont know what to do to get them to quit calling me??
