I answered without looking at the screen because I was expecting a call from a family member. I heard the beginning of a message about homeowners needing to know about reverse mortgages and hung up. I checked the call log and found the caller was identified as UNAVAILABLE. I never would have answered if I had seen that.

Number now blocked.

424-250-0740 called. Caller ID:  HARBOR CITY CA. No msg.

Company from this number called but left no message. I didn't answer the phone call since it was my cell.

Called my cell this morning, I did not answer, they left no message.
I get calls from scammers about once a week - looks like another one.
My Nokia Windows phone has the option to block numbers - go to "History", press on the number, and up comes the option "Block Number"

Don't you people have caller I.D? It's painfully simple. If you don't recognize the number, don't answer. If it's worthwhile, they will leave a message.
If you just can't stand not answering, get a Panasonic phone that lets you block up to 250 numbers. Then you can answer it once, then block it.
As far as DNC registry, well, if you have nothing better to do, go ahead and waste your time filing a report that will go nowhere.

I keep getting calls from 424-250-0740 as well.  Very annoying.

No the Dumb ones are 98 % of the [***] the voted for him the 2nd time around.. and the reason they voted for him in the first place is the most ignorant of all.

I just want to clarify that some folks pay for a plan that charges if you go over minutes...incoming and outgoing.   Some people cannot afford unlimited plans.  Don't be so quick to judge.

I have a feeling you watch a lot of Fox New haha.

I wish these people would go screw themselves and stop making these wasteful harassment phone calling. I do hope they crash into a tree.
