Got a call from this #.  When I said hello, no one responded.  I hung up and called the # back.  A recorded message came on informing that if I wished to no longer receive "offers" to "press 1" to be put on the "do not call" list.  It never said who they were or what "offers" there were.  I pressed "1". Hopefully there will be no more calls.

Received a recorded call identifying themselves as "card services", offering to lower my credit card interest rate, and to press 1 for more information. I played along in order to waste their time. A woman's voice came online, and immediately said, "Do you still owe more than $5000 on your credit card?"
Visa Card Services knows that I do not.
I asked, "What is the name of your company?"
A:"Visa Card services."
Q: "How did you get this number? How do you even know I'm even credit worthy?!"
They hung up.

Called but didn't leave a message.

Received a call from them today but missed it. Called the number back and got a recording saying "thank you for calling back. If you are not interested in our special promotions and would like to be place on a do not call list press 1. I pressed 1 and it said "Thank you" and disconnected. Do not know what the other options are as I did not listen to them. Will post again if If calls continue. Assuming it was a telemarketer but unsure.

Same as KCN above: "I keep getting calls from these people, always from a different number.  Every time it's a pre-recorded message saying they're from 'card services'...

Received call on my cell and did not answer-Caller left no message ??????

Just call them back ...it's automated and you can press "1" to get off of their call list.  Problem solved.

recieved call fm this number. I am on do not call list. just reported this # to do not call registry. hopefully that will stop this stuff.

Same morons calling again about lowing my interest rate - and this is the only call.  No way to opt out - but these slimeballs would ignore it anyway.

Caller ID showed this # with the word "Merchant."  I didn't answer and no message left.

Called my cell, I answered but they never said anything.  They just disconnected after a few seconds.  Tried to call them back but couldn't even get it to ring in to them!

I didn't get to the call in time. Tried to call back and it didn't ring at all.

I'm having the same type of incident -- they continue to call -- no way of calling back, it won't even ring, just disconnects. No message.  WISH they'd STOP calling my cell!!!

they keep calling my cell number regarding a credit card to lower interest or something to that effect.

Good to know I'm not the only one this happened to.  I missed the call and didn't get a voicemail.  I called back from a few different phones and it just hangs up after 5 seconds.  Oh well.  If they call again, I'll be getting in touch with the phone company.

Doesn't work that way.  If you call the number back, it automatically disconnects you.  Report them to the FCC and file a complaint.

Received a call from them today, I answered and it was silent, I called back and it automatically hung up. They called again, I answered and it was automated. Hung up. I did file a complaint at www.donotcall.gov -- a bit ridiculous especially since am registered with the Do Not Call Registry.
