This was an unwanted call from the Washington State Area where I know no one.  As I fount on the internet, others have received calls from these folks and think they are scammers.  I chose not to call them back because on the internet I saw that they just hang up when you start telling them you are not interested.

I pressed 1 to "talk to a live representative".  When he got on he asked if I pressed 1 to lower my interest rate?  I said "No I pressed 1 to get on a do-not-call list"

He said "No, no, no, no, no, no" and hung up!!!

Same issue - missed the call, no voicemail, tried to call back (to opt out as other posters suggested) but phone doesn't even ring.  When I look down, shows call was ended.

keep receiving calls from west coast they just hang up

they should not be calling on cell phones as  i have to pay for mintues.  also i was on national do not call list..... they should not be calling at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and we should not have to take time out to punch #'s in phone for unwanted soliciters.....

Got a call from this number.  If it cannot be verified it will not be answered. it is a private phone.

This number keeps calling my phone almost everyday and I have no known friends or family in this part of the US.

This number just called my cell about 20 mins ago, I don't answer #s I don't know. They didn't leave a message. I googled the # 425-390-8192 and here are all you lovely people are letting me know I can continue to ignore them. Perhaps ill pitch in & report em too.

I got a rep on the phone and told her I want her to stop calling me, I dont have a credit card. She replied, You dont always get what you want [***]! and hung up. This company calls me at least once a week from different numbers. I have filed a complaint on the DNC registry, however, the site says they dont investigate complaints but if the FCC investigates then the complaint could help law enforcement. I want to know how to get these calls to stop!!!

Being on the DNC list doesnt do any good with these types of calls. The loophole is that it comes in as a recorded message and you have the option to hang up. The only time they have to follow the DNC list is if it is a live caller dialing your number, not an auto dialer. This info is from AT&T.

rec'd many on home phone and now it is starting on cell.  did not answer or listen.  looked up and found this debt collector subject.

they called and said that if I don't respond right away than I would lose my chance at a lower interest rate on my card, said they were card holder services, I hung up

I recieved a call yesterday - I could hear kids yelling in the background  - on the message. I'm glad I didn't answer.

Pffft! That's the wrong answer. I've never don business with any of these type calls I have gotten so afaiac; it's their responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their call lists... not mine. Any type of these calls I get are immediately reported to the Federal Do Not Call list.

It is funny, I have registered all phones on the do not call list. It does not appear to really be that effective.

I do not want to lower my credit card apr to 6% despite your "last attempt to reach me"

This is a scam.  I wish they would stop calling.
