An individual whom could barely speak English called me and said the same thing. He said he was calling from Windows and that my main computer was sending out red and white arrows. He wanted me to go to my computer, with him on the phone, and he would go through with me how to resolve the issue. My caller ID said CNS MRK RC. He gave me a callback number to reach him at 718-414-6518 which returns to a number out of the Bronx, NY. Said his name was John Wilson!

I am glad I checked this post. I got a call from them. The connection was so bad - I kept hearing my own voice echoing back to me.
I told them to call back in 15 minutes.

this number call me in the morning and said he called from England, wanted to access to my PC to help fix my windows, I told him not now and turn off my PC, luckly to check this post and know who they are

Some guy from India who I couldn't really understand, but it was something about the internet and there was a lot of noise in the background.  I told him that it was a bunch of bs and hung up on him.

got call, didn't answer, answering machine went on.  one word - sounded like "die".  Hawaii.

Called and no message left.

This person just called and asked for me by my last name. He said my computer was infected and was sending unwanted emails to hundreds of people.  I said this is really funny and go ahead and talk some more. He asked where my computer was and if anyone else was using it, also which windows version i was using.. I told him " hey buddy I use a mac !" ... So he says OH,ok. Then hung up on me before i could mess with him anymore.  Shucks, i wanted to mess with him some more. . I like to mess with their emotions, if they are gona bug me on my home phone well im going to get inside their heads and pull out all the stops and make them hang up first, its just fun..

just got a call from indian sounding man telling me my computer was downloading fraud and he called to help me fix it when I asked who called him amd which computer he said the one with microsoft he got mad when i said who called him and which computer again he said dont use the computer and if a problem dont call us then he hung up before he hung up i said this is a fraud call

Just got a call from this number, didn´t answer. Does not show any area/land code, I'm situated in Sweden.

They are still at it!  Caller ID showed "Kirkland, WA" (very tricky) and when the guy woke me up at 6:07 AM on A Saturday morning asking for someone I never heard of, he confirmed my home phone # and said he was with Microsoft Tech Support (sounded like a Russian accent).  I told him he woke me up and not to ever call me again.

Got a phone call from them when I mentioned I was on Mac and did not have a Windows system, he said : oh sorry Madam.  This a scam.

Okay all of you really smart people, WHY DO YOU ANSWER THE CALL IF YOU HAVE CALLER ID ?
I don't answer if I don't recognise the number, then I cannot get upset at these IDIOTS and ruin my day !
One time I answered these people I let them go on with their speil then I said " really" I don't have a computer, guess what, the caller actually said he was sorry to have bothered me, nice one eh.

Auto dialer.  No message given.  Only one recorded word heard: "Goodbye".

Aggravating, since I cannot demand that the caller STOP CALLING!

Got a call from man sounding like he was from india. Said my cpu was going to crash, and has malware. Played dumb to him. Said he was calling from Broklyn NY. ... hmmm  Said he was calling from microwsoft. yeah!! right. To prove who he was told me to call him back at 1 289 802 0126 and ask for him, James Wilson.   That number was a scam number. Funny thing my phone said he called from 425 406 9022 which is located in canada ontario.

Got a call from 425-406-9022, was already savy to this scam so i lead the caller on for a bit, told him that my computer had to be wound up because its so old.  Then I told him I couldnt get it to start because I left my flux capacitor back in 1985 when I went back to the future.  He started to get a little annoyed then I gave him a Marine Corps [***] chewing for trying to scam people.

Dont call a Marine early on a Saturday morning.

I blocked these scammers.

OK had this guy call me......SSDD i started to laugh at him. He said "tell me why you don't believe me?" I replied "tell me why i should?" He replied "i am only trying to help you OK?" "i replied tll me why you are calling me." Again he went on to tll me he was calling from Micorsoft about the malitious information on my computer. I corrected the way he pronouced the word. LOL thn i told him i didn't evn have a computer you stupid F*******. LOL then he had the nerve to say to me "why are you wasting my time?" I just about fell over laughing. I was laughing so hard that he finally hug up the phone.LOL that's the way to dal with these stupid people.

Just got a call from this number at 6:30am!!!!  I answered....said hello twice and no one answered.
