Calls come from 'Microsoft support'... Not really...

Actually, it is connected to Microsoft. It's Bing Ads support.

Though any phone number can be spoofed, the call I received was legit, It was a response to an email I sent Bing about approving ad content. I was only surprised that she called on Labor Day.

I have been getting calls from supposedly Microsoft Support.  Is this a scam.

Used a so-called MS Support site; inundated with calls for hours and still has not stopped; scam.

Xbox call back support. I requested a call back online and this was them calling me.

Received (3) missed calls from this number on 23 September 2015 at 05:01, 05:10, 05:44 am respectfully while I was asleep and did not return the call.

Back to back calls, no one answers

Call from this number left n message. I don't return phone calls with no message.

This is a valid Microsoft support call back line to their tech support. If you have contacted Microsoft, this is them trying to contact you back about your case. If you have not contacted Microsoft about an issue, you can safely not answer it. They are in a different country, so they may have gotten the wrong number from the original person that contacted them.

The number is legit, its a Microsoft number, they used to call back after some technical issues. Not a scam.

Had trouble downloading Office 365 and contacted www.office.com/myaccount.  Agent accessed my computer to help me.  Then I got a call from someone who said hackers had come into my computer and installed malware.  I let him in to fix it, and he talked me into buying a security service.  Another person called, said the same thing and tried to sell me another antivirus service and said they were certified by the Better Business Bureau.  I called the BBB and gave them the person's phone number (4256352970).  BBB says the company is not in good standing and has had a lot of complaints.  I think all of them are one group based in India, but home office in WA.  My education continues.

I had missed calls from this number at 2am. It was 3 hours after a tech support session with Microsoft had failed. If it was MSFT, I'd have thought they would be more aware of time zones.

Microsoft Support. The person on the other end for me was their Bing Ads division, helping me with setting up an ad campaign. Legit call.

It really is Microsoft support, I scheduled a service call with them, and they just called me.
